Amazing stay, with great people. Must visit there, it has an amazing view with suru river

The royal kargil is excellent. Very nice location. Staff behaviour is good. I came with my family and we are happy.

Room location is excellent good service

The hotel is in a decent place. It is on the way to leh, which is great the river that flows, so the view is really good. One thing which i did not like us, they don’t have an alacarte for dinner, but they only have buffet with very limited options, and i felt the price was little more than what it deserve. Super deluxe room was little small, however, it is okay for a one night. Stay.

Extremely poor service. You need to wait at least 2 hours for a simple tea. Food options were not good in breakfast and dinner. Rooms were not tidy but you will get a good view.

Hotel have a very good ambience, especially the garden with a river view is absolutely awesome. The staff is very generous and helpful.

No water was provided, hot water for drinking wasn’t given even after multiple requests, TV was available however it was indicated that the set top box isn’t recharged and hence TV wasn’t available for exploitation… the people at reception indicated that they would call when the food would be ready for dinner however same wasn’t told and after check in no one attended to the requests/ demands. Had a very bad experience

Location was excellent but service was very poor. We had told them of our arrival earlier but they did not keep the room ready. We had to wait. Food was below par. They did not provide hot water too for drinking though i asked, as there was no electric kettle in room. We just stayed for the night and left at seven. We liked the location, but not the service.

My stay at the hotel was ok the staff behaviour was helpful and good compared to the manager who was kind of confused and did not helped me and was kind of rude.

Location of the property and good is awesome, but even better than all that is how the manager of the property meraj takes care of you throughout your stay.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this property. One can spend time just sitting at the small garden at the riverside. The behavior and hospitality of the staff were very nice especially the manager of the property. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent one night at the royal kargil on our way to leh from srinagar. In short, the stay was good. The location in particular was superb, with the river flowing right below our balcony. Never stayed in a place like this. The room wad spacious and well maintained. The food was reasonable. Only flip sde was that we travel-led in july and it was somewhat hot. But there was no ac/ fan in the room. We requested for a table fan but they could not provide.

The hotel is beautifully located on the river bank. The rooms are well maintained and staff is heelpful. Liked everything about the stay.
