Swimming pool was not available for use

While booking the property it discussed about swimming pool as amenity but it was in pathetic condition to be used

Greetings from the rosewood we checked about your inconvenience caused and as per our records and booking details at the time of your booking and stay at the hotel the rear lobby and pool area was closed and out of bounds for guests due to heavy rains in monsoons and to avoid any unforeseen situations. The rosewood always ensures the comfort and hygiene of the pool whenever it’s inbound for our guests. Warm regards

The staff is very cooperative. The property is great. Only draw back is that its a little far from tourist places.
