The property is decent, location is good as most of the places to visit are within close vicinity. There is sufficient parking facility and a lawn to walk around.

pathetic n shabby hotel n food also pathetic very suffocating so can't stay again in this hotel nothing was maintained

Perfect stay! One and only Best hotel in Chitrakoot, clean rooms, lovely food.

Had a nice stay, the surroundings were lovely and the staff were very supportive and helpful throughout.

rooms were good and well maintained only negative point was there were small mice running around the rooms. the need to mouse proof the rooms

The Ambiance is good, rooms provided were with king size bed and was spacious. The food particularly breakfast is very good with authentic taste of India. Service in restaurant was good. The reception desk need to improve in their knowledge of hospitality. Overall it was a good experience of staying in the resort.

Property was not upto the marks Rooms were too small, towels were dirty, bathroom was having foul smell. Food prices were exorbitantly high, quality was very poor, not much choice was available in food.

My stay was average overall. The facilities were decent considering the city, and the food along with the food service stood out as a positive aspect of the experience. However, there were a few drawbacks. Painting work was in progress during my stay, which left an unpleasant smell in the corridors. Additionally, the bed linen did not feel very clean, which affected the comfort level. With a few improvements in housekeeping and better timing for maintenance work, the stay could have been much better.

This property is too far from Railway station. and actually in M.P. Also, the complementary breakfast is not upto marks. service is ok.

Myself Dr.Ashvin Patel president of Homoeopathic doctor association (general) - Gujarat state .We face hot water deficiency , Tv not working and also lace of staff member so we are not getting services on time. We are late during checkin time but still they didn’t adjust during checkout. They didn’t provide kitchen service properly there are no fan ,light and water. Also they provide open kitchen to us so there are monkey and dogs roaming around. They provide only 400ml water bottle to each room that is not enough till check out. No parking facilities. I am right leg paralysis person but no wheel chair service are there. Overall resort cleaniness was not proper.

there's no food service at night, you can't have anything between 10 pm and 8 am, and also location is isolated place so nothing available outside also. In the room, bedsheet was torned and the room was a little dusty

We booked 2 Super Deluxe Room for 1 night. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The room size was ok and the amenities were satisfactory. For us the highlight was the food, which I think was excellent.

AC started releasing water drops from the time of check in to the check out. Despite repeated requests, no remedial steps were taken causing severe difficulties . The property exterior is good..The staff is courteous ..food quality is okay...Rooms are ok however they lack in amenities.
