Very useless hotel with zero facilities, staff with no manners at all. Only runs behind money.

I would like to mention few things- 1. Our property is a budget property. 2. we have clearly mentioned about the room amenities in description still you have booked 3. You booked a Non Ac Room @850 for 2 days. What service you are expecting at this price sir ? Non of our staff member spoke rudely with you. If we run behind money we would have charged you 500 to 800 extra but we didn’t! We never do such things with our customers! And here you were fighting to take AC room for free ? Then why you didn’t book for an Ac room sir ? You were not ready to pay extra charges 200rs for Ac Room. 4. If you faced so much of problem then why did you stay for 2 days sir ? Why you did not check out the very next day or Checkin.
