Everything was going smooth until I went for swimming with my son and wife. That swimming incharge was doing charged 1000rs secretly from my wife when I was not there. When I raised a complain, he got scared and asked my wife to speak. Which became very scary for us as we were there with our son. So we immediately checked out at 9.30 pm in night one day before.

We were a group of 4 girls with kids and this was a get together for us along with our kids. This place is centrally located and the stay was comfortable. The room was clean and hygienic and staff very helpful and cooperative. We had a multi cuisine delectable menu to choose from. Will recommend this place for a great relaxing rejuvenating comfortable experience.

Worst staff, Good property

Worst staff, receptionist, membership team, and property personnel. Did not provide WiFi details until asked 3-4 times after checking in. Did not allow out rackets unless confirmed from the team that we had booked the courts. Towels provided at swimming pool area were stinking. Asked to provide water, they said it will be charged at ₹90 per litre for a bisleri bottle. Asked to checkout at 12 otherwise you will be charged even after getting a late checkout acceptance from the reception. We’re not allowed to access the playing area after checkout, did not open the games room until checkout time and then we were not allowed to play. We even said that if anyone comes, we will leave at least allow us to play till then but they did not entertain. The entire staff was so rude that it was as if they were not in the hotel service industry but just to follow rules without serving their customers.

Really liked the property – the vintage style rooms give it a nice charm and the open green area is a big plus to just chill out. The only letdown was the buffet, which wasn’t that great in terms of variety. Otherwise, a pretty good stay overall. Highly recommended

“The property is nice and the pool area is good, but the overall place feels very old and in need of renovation. The room furniture looks outdated, and the carpets are worn out and torn. The pool area also has too many restrictions. If the main pool is primarily for members, there should be a separate pool for guests who are not members.”
