AC not working, wash room bad and not worth for the price charged by you, can you also explain what’s superior cottage as per you? We felt you cheated us!!!!

we stayed for 1 day. The food service is horrible Though the location is ok,all other services are not up to the standard. we found lot of insects & flies in the room. over all very very bad experience

No upkeep. Rooms in poor condition. Photos didn’t do justice. Had booked this for my parents but they didn’t even stay there eventually

Not clean rooms 😔😔smell of bed sheets , no kettle provided, washrooms stinks 😷 its worst, lizards in room , im disappointed

Room was spacious but was not clean. No amenities in bathroom. Bathroom was stinking. There was crack on false ceiling.

The place is new, ideally located, very courteous staff and support personnel. Wifi in rooms not available yet.

Suite was very spacious for 2 adults and 2kids to stay, but the rooms were not maintained properly and cleaning was lacking. Bad smell from bathroom was disturbing the stay

The private suite was pretty decent, the location amid-st the forest was great. We stayed for a night, but it was really good. I kind of thought it was safe too. The staff were very kind and helpful

Our stay in lyca resort was horrible. A terrible room with no cleanliness and staff were also very rude.. we arrived at 3 pm to the resort and they said lunch is not available at that time even snacks were also not available… there were no restaurants nearby and the swimming pool was horrible with full of dust and algal growth in it… it’s not at all worth to pay that much high price to this terrible resort… overall an overpriced resort with unhealthy environment… very much disappointed with the hospitality they give us

1 we had dinner and food was delicious. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. Only minor issue is with flies during night but that was understandable considering the location of property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at lyca resort and i must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided, from toiletries to the food court. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness and detail throughout my stay. The resort grounds were immaculately maintained, with plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. The pool area was a particular highlight, offering a serene environment to soak up the sun. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of cuisines to choose from. Every meal i had was delicious, and the restaurant staff was friendly and professional. Overall, lyca resort offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway near jog falls.

Nice resort, spacious rooms, small swimming pool, good parking, helpful staff, situated on highway. Cons : adjacent hotel has no room service.

The property location and ambiance is good. Food at the restaurant is good but the prices are very high. For just rs. 20- soda bottle, they charted rs. 40- saying the bill is system generated and they can't don anything. Don't have mobile network and wifi didn't work !

The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The staff are quite friendly and the toilets are clean. The bedsheets were clean however the restaurant did not provide breakfast

The main door lock was difficult to open , at one point we were unable to unlock it. There was no storage space or almira. The toilet seat was broken . The ambience of the property was good. The rooms were clean .

Property location is 5 km from the jog falls. Due to highway you may not feel distance. Resort is very good, maintained well. We did not face any issue. It has a food option too. Service was really good. Please extend your service for breakfast too. Why don't you offer me 5k reward points upon bookings many hotels. 5k voucher. I will use it in my next booking.

The service was not good, basic things were not provided in room, no water heater kettle, even they have asked for it they give very unreasonable excuses.
