caretaker is good. i didn't spend much time but not worth the money

i am really happy with the host Shyjin who is extremely kind and generous and made our trip an extraordinarily an exciting and memorable one. The stay is a perfect look out for what i was actually expecting at Kerala and came out to be more than i expected. 🤩

Property is not good, it is like a home stay but in pics and description they mentioned 3 star hotel. It is not recommended for families or couples

It was good stay. Host and staff members were very warm and nice. Property was nice. Good for 8-10 friends, book the entire property and it will be super duper fun.

Calm and quiet property in the banks of vembanad lake. Really enjoyed the stay there

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, minus the cleanliness. The caretaker is a one-man show and he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. But he definitely needs someone to assist him. It is more of a homestay than a boutique resort as described in the description. There is no restaurant and only one cook, who can make very few things. There was not much choice in breakfast, which was included in the property price. Extremely pricey for zero services and amenities

This peaceful getaway was really good as it was tucked away from the hustle-bustle. The property has amazing architecture and the manager was very polite and forthcoming. The hygiene and sanitation were good and the food was authentic and amazing.

The location of The property was great and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious. The cleanliness was also very well maintained. The staff behavior was also great there. The food quality was also good there.

Brilliant location, view is the same as five star properties right next door and you get a wonderful pool from where you can see sunsets every evening. The staff was super helpful. The cook made fresh traditional Kerala seafood and the manager assisted us with all our needs. The boat jetty was also close by. Room was very spacious and done up aesthetically. Clean and serene property. This is one place I'll definitely be coming back to.

Location is good and the rooms are designed in kerala style and very spacious. No TV in room. So after 7 pm, its little boring for my kids. Breakfast, its simple. Swimming pool wasn't clean. In short, a peaceful place to enjoy Vembanad Lake.

A perfect place to stay if you like peaceful and quiet places. A special mention to The eco friendly policy. Extra large rooms and big swimming pool is a bonus)!

The stay was very good and satisfied, property was clean, all The facilities were available, and rooms were good, comfortable and spacious, The food was average in taste and quality, The caretaker was very good and helpful, only The problem was with The location, it was a little bit of hard to find at night, apart from that The stay was very comfortable and a must recommended property.

It was easy to reach The property, The property was in a good location. The room was very nice and comfortable. The whole property was neat and clean. I got all The basic facilities that I needed. Overall it was a good property to stay.

We visited in first week of October. The hotel is located at east bank of Vembanad Lake and sunsets are beautiful but rooms are too big for effective cooling. There are plenty of insects and bugs. Food was average and overpriced. There was no Tv and Wi-Fi was out of order. Overall not a nice experience, poor value we spent. It is better to stay at Allepey and visit Kumarakom, rather than stay at such a place.

The place is lacking in maintenance. The ac was not very efficient. There was frequent power and water supply disruption.
