property condition - under renovation all amenities- not properly. very poor condition. very difficult to stay. very bad bed n pilo etc. even water bottle. it's call dharamshala not hotel.

Worst experience, no cleanness, dirt, spiders, termites, poor service, dirty bedsheets, dirty water jugs nothing is good building is under demolition

Beds and pillows was dirty and no hot water and justifying price what they charging for stay needs to improve service

There was no one at the reception to attend. Poor management and lacks professionalism. Only one person to handle everything, be it cleaning or solving your issues, that too when his available

Only 3 rooms at hotel and breakfast not available at hotel, service staff not available at hotel at night

We were visiting dwarka many times, but stay at hotel the grand radhe at first time. The hotel is very neat and tidy place. Housekeeping and room services excellent. The location is little bit far from temple, but it is okay with away from noise of traffic.

Room service is excellent and staff very helpful. This stay was superb. I recommend this hotel to all family who have children.

Room is very clean n good and hotel staff is also very co operative. I want to check in before time n hotel support me.

We will not suggest this hotel to anybody as they do not understand customer service and in our case we already request early check in but they did not provide us room early.

Hotel and bedding with bad smell no soap for hand washing no attendant available, availability at counter staff occasional not regular to whom ask for help, we were out sider. Thanks. Leakages of tap water leakages in wash basin, wash basin was small pieces of beetle nuts. Thanks again

Washroom was terrible flush was not working lights was not working on the name of food they are like cateres are not available will be available after 10

Non maintained room and very small room and another cost extra per person

I request to change my room because toilet seat was broken but they did not changed my room.
