The Divine Residency

Divine residency does not exist anymore. after reaching the Hotel the manager told us that the Hotel was sold. This was not informed earlier. They said earlier booking was not their problem anymore. The name of the Hotel has changed THE Purezza Residency. They charged us Rs. 33,600/0 (Incl. 18% GST) separately. We have the bill. Requesting to refund my booking amount in full.

Good place to stay in very low price. Near and clean, the service was good. Their food is tasty. Thanks!

Extremely bad services by Divine Inn. on checking in late evening we were told that they don’t have room available and asked us to check in at Shubham Residency which is just 2 kms.

Unhygienic budget hotel defined as 3 star. Suit room is as big as small rooms in the property. Spider web in rooms, shower and hot water not functioning. Room service menu rates are equal to 5 star or fine dine restaurants. Max 1000- per night should be the price in room only.

Good for a business trip, breakfast was not up to the mark, don't take with breakfast not suitable for a family stay,

The room was decent. But bathroom was little shabby. Leaking taps, rusted fittings etc.

Property is located in good location, rooms are good but after telling hotel staff to clean the room they don't clean till whole day and when i am back in night they send person to do it. Food is very costly.

Staff and service is very good. Staff is proactive. Room is ok but bathroom needs improvement, taps leaking. Location is very near to expo mart which is a huge plus.

It was my business trip at greater noida and we stayed at the divine residency. At that time there were very cold atmosphere and we requested to hotel person for arrange an heater in morning. As hotel person committed to provide heater in morning, in evening we told them to fix heater in room but they didn't fulfill requirement and after many time request they told that we cant arrange and if you are not comfortable than change hotel.

Rooms were good and clean. Very close to india expo center. Hotel staff was good and helpful nature.

Room was not clean and had bad odor. Whole night i couldn’t sleep due to mosquitoes. They didn’t have fuel to run the generator and i had to stay for sometime without power in the room.

A routine cleaning not done by hotel staff, rest overall response is average

Room was nice, service was good. Appreciate the behaviour of the staff and they were very supportive.

1. Restaurant is non-hygienic. Mosquito is there while doing dinner. 2. Hotel staff is not trained. Each and every item they are providing after demanding only. 3. Price is too high. 6k is charged for one day which is too high. Maximum rent should be 1k.

Good hotel and good management. Extremely happy that during the course of the expo they accepted our bookings done through online. when others were not accepting. Full marks to the management for this professional and ethical approach. Otherwise good clean rooms, good food and breakfast and good service

Hotel is full of dust, washroom is not clean and poor service like no intercom for communication and they not provide towel etc.
