The Cute Resort - Srirangapatna

There was lot of issues, like room was small, with spider webs, cockroaches and it was not clean at all. The intercom was not working, for other room they wanted us to pay 800 rs more, food was ok. But room was not worth for 3500 per night.

Greay location with pool, very easy to reach the place. Food is pocket friendly, good quality and quantity. Service also good. Bad thing is AC was noisy, superior room is not upto mark. No coffee maker i can say average room not as expected.

Don't feel it is a resort, total waste of money. Feel like a rented apartment or simple homestay. All the best.

overall stay was good. Location : Near to bird sanctuary 5.3 km, near to bus stop. Food: Nice options for complimentary breakfast, food very tasty, price very much value for money. Amenities: Average, can be improved, no chairs and kettle in room. Service : Excellent

We booked 2 rooms. After checkin, we found room smelly. We checked out of the resort within 2 hours of check in. Though location good, room condition is very bad. Torn bath towels were given

Bed was not in a good condition, very small room.Can stay just for the swimming pool.Price is too high for the room

The rooms are not even worth the money I paid. I spent most of the time outside only to avoid the bad condition of the room, also the resort is not very big and there is no much distance between the party area and the rooms. The party went till 12.30 am at night, couldn't sleep. Rooms has that 'silan' smell. The walls are damp and very very poor maintenance

The food was good but I asked for television recharge nearly 4 times. But it didn't happen and there were a lot of bees and bugs in the room.

First thing door not able to open every time need to call house keeping to get in our get out of the room, second TV not even a single channel is working when ever I called Reception they use to say they will send but till my end of the vacate no one has turned. And third one cleanliness zero rating for room and lobby cleanliness. And for morning Bf we went around 9:45 am and almost half the items has been removed in front of us being still availability.

When we checked in there are insects on the bed room was not clean i sawed the reviews about this in google reviews but i taught it just they are totally dissatified about the room thats why they rated so less due to room cleaniness but i too got the same experience of those whose written reviews earlier and we checkin at night at that time i called to reception as there is no hot water he said to turn on the switch after that also no hot water and in the morning i called them they came and checked the geyser and went to replace it but later they came and said to take a bath in another room as there is geyser working then what is the purpose of taking the room which we checked in and food also very bad

Bed is not good. Food is okay okay. Staff are okay okay. Nothing great and at the same time not bad for the price of 2500.

Room quality is not good

Room was just a pigeon hole. We stayed 2 nights and the basic replacements of bathing towels were not done and the cleaning of room too was not done inspite of voicing it out. The receptionist (lady) has the Audacity to tell us that only 1 water bottle will be given at the time of checking into hotel and post that we have to buy water. Food: Pls don’t dare to try South Indian food, no one can cook worst than them. Overall I regret booking 2 days stay there. The rooms are not fit for human stay

Location is good amidst the paddy fields and the ambience is great. The room and facilities are pretty basic

Ac was not giving the actual cooling. Celing fan was not working - up on complaining the staff did help with a pedestral fan - (thank you - sanju) the two connectivity for the main light was not working due to which i cud not sleep the whole night coz of the lights that were on in the room. The bath room was clean but stinking. The second rooms bath room was not clean and the plumbing devices were not working water was not coming properly through the shower and tap.
