The Castle Hotel

Room was good but very little space. Electricity power off is recurrent. In night mosquitoes are dangerous. Very severe is dinning and restaurant. Time sense of the order takers and respond regarding availability of the food is too low. Food quality is too oily and complementary breakfast is very low and limited choice. It is better for the hotels not to provide complementary breakfast.

whatever I ordered as per menu they were unable to deliver as per them nothing was in stock. I was compelled to have my food as per their choice, not as per what menu they had in room

The hotel is in a central location, rooms are compact, clean, and comfortable. The food is ok, though not great. To be fair, I didn’t have time for a proper meal.

I had a one night stay, the place is good, staffs are very polite n responsive, rooms are clean n tidy. The hotel is just opposite to govinda ji temple and near to city convention centre

Rooms, service above all great and foods are o. K. You can rely on and nice place, views of hills are also eye catchy

We had a very happy and memorable staywords can’t express. We have in many countries and in 5 star hotels in india, usa and other countries. This one was excellent. Judena and brojen in the front desk. Clement chun golme and sarita in the room service team were very friendly and graceful. They all made us to feel at home like our outnumbered children. We will be back again and recommend to others

Cozy well maintained rooms. Very co operative staff. Excellent food. We were held-up here during lockdown, when they were very supportive.

It is a excellent hotel to stay, very good location & behaviours of all stuffs are excellent starting from reception to house keeping. I would suggest please stay at this hotel while visiting imphal.

Location is nearby city centre. Accessible. Staff courtesy and reception is fine. Restaurant and food is ok. For my further trip to imphal, i will use this hotel definitely
