Very bad experience we had, they shown some room they gave some room, no drinking water no ventilation, they gave basement room which don't have minimum ventilation, no proper hot water staff was very bad they're very negligence about the guest, no proper parking, over all bad experience we had which we didn't had earlier

Patethic rooms, terrible privacy, bad beds and clean bathroom is the conclusion of my stay there. The room was somewhere underground hence windows were captured by roots entering my room for a perfect spooky experience with room walls letting even small whispers from next door. It was a trip throughout the night on that bed too. Only the bathroom was clean so i could stay a night.

Property was desater, stay was very bad, deluxe room bed was only good for 2 people with infant you can not sleep, there was no room service, no water some time, people over there they are not cooperative. I will suggest traveller don’t go there.

We booked a dormitory for 8 members. Very reasonable price and very descent hotel. Very co-friendly with hotel staff.

We had been given 3 rooms. 2 executive rooms were in better condition. Deluxe rooms were bad. Washrooms were stinky. We had to wait for 1 hour in the morning due to water unavailability. Construction of the rooms is pathetic. Would not recommend this. It's waste of money.

Excellent room service comfortable and clean rooms and washrooms. Carrot gardens in front of the rooms were providing a good view please provide fans in the room as summers in ooty are becoming hot try to provide breakfast included with the stay
