I stayed at this hotel as a stopover while traveling from Kerala to Mumbai, and it turned out to be a great decision. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was polite and helpful—just what I needed after a long day on the road. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all basic amenities in place. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a restful night’s sleep, which helped me recharge for the next stretch of my journey. Although the hotel didn’t have an in-house restaurant, there was a nice restaurant right next door where I had my meals. The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced—definitely a pleasant surprise! I also appreciated the secure parking and peaceful environment, which made my stopover even more relaxing. Overall, a very good experience. I’d gladly stay here again on future trips.

I found out properly while looking for a stay in tumakuru and I found out though the pics that stay would be good, even though others gave not so good opinions about reception. The room was clean but the toilet wasn't. Don't take room number 110 because it is allegedly right above the kitchen so it heats up and you will feel like the kitchen in the oven

I have booked this Room(Family Suite as i have 2 kids) 3 months in advance, but when did the check-in i was given two different rooms stating some reasons. This was not priorly informed as well. I was very much disappointed.

4. Good property & location. Was told there is a change of ownership. Food had to come from outside. Initial contact was very difficult as phones were either switched off or unanswered. But we will use his hotel again in our next visit very soon.

Worst behaviour by staff and lady freceptionist only shouting & harshly behaved with customers and no guest allowed to room and service also very worst

Location near highway. Convinient. Amenities good. Value for money. Does not have its own restaurant. Overall good.

Stay was good. The restaurant next to the hotel was not good. I recommend to visit other restaurants. The room was small due to which the bed was also small for three people.

Since i stayed in 3 different places. The experience is altogether good. The ooty stay was especially amazing.

Hotel location is good, cleanliness maintained well, car parking should be made spacious.
