A triple dose of gratitude to the miraculous Pecky from the spa, whose rejuvenating treatments were nothing short of divine. Let's not forget the impeccable service from Vaibhav and the astute Mr. Yashwant from the F&B service at Jharokha. Simply amazing property and superb service with human touch. We went there to celebrate our child birthday and he was made feel special on his day be it from the welcome to organasing cake cutting and photographer for the event everything was so smooth and perfect that we never had to take stress for everything…the day we booked the property their team was in touch with is for details and any special event and organising the same even though initially it was just booked without making payment this shows their commitment to serving…the property is beautiful with multiple locations to take breath taking photos

Lovely property , couteous staff. Right from the check in to check out.. This is the 282 year old palace.. initially i thought furnitures and bathroom fitting might have worn out over years , but i was wrong. Hotel managemnet have converted palace in to a luxurious Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur for sure. Do visit for a fanatastic stay. thanks for the room upgrade to palace suites food of thw Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur is simply wow. do visit for unique experience.

Excellent stat. Super courteous staff. Spacious rooms. Beautiful view feom all around. Only minus was the quality if spa. I would not recommend spa for the price. Super small room was provided and was nrh better than a normal spa in any other Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur. Apart from that, the whole stay was veey pleasant. If u can afford the price, one should not mi-as staying at this taj.

Taj Lake Palace is awesome, which makes you feel like King, each and every thing was just outstanding, from welcome food was delicious, culturel program was great, we take our dinner at neel kamal that was great, at night I go to Amrit Sagar for some whiskey they really make you feel like King

Ultimate location, beautiful ambience, respectful and well trained staff, nice food and served with love,rooms are very tastefully done, room service is too good, very fast clearance of bills. Overall a very very good experience

The property is impeccably maintained and the hospitality is outstanding. We enjoyed meals at all the restaurants, the spa service, heritage walks, boat rides and the wonderful music and dance events in the evening. This has definitely been our best taj experience.

Very great experience. The staff their will make you feel like a king or a queen. Chefs will curate special meals as per your liking. Staff is always on their tips for help you need.

Had a wonderful stay at taj lake palace. The staff were more than welcoming and went over the top to ensure we had a memorable stay. Kunal parasramani from front office was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff at jharoka were par excellence- yuvraj and pavan were very helpful. The complimentary activities and programs were made the entire stay memorable.

Excellent staff .. specially MRS Jasbinder ji and Karthika ji at reception were very kind and helpful ... ‼️.... in restaurant CHEF BABU SIGH & MR MUSHAHAID - manager in restaurant were very supportive.. who have visits restatement better take their support... overall excellent stay

Amazing service provided even at 2-3 am late night.They went to market late night to get medicine for my kid which is everything for me .

Food was awesome, the stay was comfortable and safe for solo trip. I had issue with room as it has a small lake view window which was different from what I was expecting from pics available but I managed as they helped me with late checkin. Staff was friendly, thought I couldn't understand the reason of charging 400 bucks for a 40 bucks diet coke
