So the property is very good. As a budget hotel, the rooms are nice. The person sitting at the reception speaks good Hindi and was very polite. We checked in at 1:00 AM and the clerk was very helpful. Overall i would recommend this hotel as it is 5 mins from railway and 2 mins from bus stop.

The bedsheets on the bed were used ones with lot of dirt. I informed the hotel guys to change it but they said all rooms will be like that. AC does not cool even kept at 17 degrees. Washroom is terrible. I suggest do not go for this hotel.

i booked a suite room images shown in site is fine but on check in it is world's worst suite room bad beds , bad ac worst breakfast. only in name this has Grand

Smelly bed with blood stains, room service response was slow . This is my4th stay and something has changed for the worse.

Parking available for maximum 8 cars. When i reached night 10'o clock parking fully occupied. So i parked my car in the outside parking.

Room was clean. But room service and support was pathetic. No room boy too and parking was small and limited. SUV very hard to park and placed near bus stand is advantage

Good room. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm water supply and a/c properly working. Close to bus stand, shops and restaurants. Quiet room, no noise from neighbours.

The hotel staff are unfriendly. Their parking is terrible only 4 cars can be kept in their parking. I checked in late and i was asked to park in front of another customer car. I informed i should not be disturbed very early morning. Still i got a call and told will come in few minutes. But with in 3-4 minutes i got another call to come down immediately. They don't have a very poor attitude and respect for privacy and very poor experience. Later i realized the hotel is opposite to bus stand and so may have safety issues. Please avoid this type when travel-ling with family.

Nice property and close to all facilities. Nice staff and ambience. You will find both veg and non veg hotels nearby, medical shos, busstand. If you wanna do Street shoping that is also close by

The receptionist was very terrible with his behaviour. His attitude was very bad towards us, that made us literally angry and decided not to choose the hotel hereafter for stay.

Make my trip confirmed my booking for non a/c room. After reaching the property they deny our booking saying no no a/c rooms. They gave trouble in not giving room nor any reply for our debit in the a/c and msg on our phone confirming room.

The location and room were very convinent. The staffs were very friendly and accomodating. We were treated with patience despite the last minute struggles
