Not so good at all, service was not good. After taking order of food for my baby, they did not cook and serve the food. They have no responsibility for guests hospitality. Dirty coridor, even room was not clean. Dinner plates and utensils were lying in front of door for whole night, even upto 12 noon next date. Lots of mismanagement found in the hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The location was good but other than that everything was terrible. The receptionist at utsav was extremely rude and other than that he asked me to pay 450 rupees. He said that he is not taking the online booking and it's not his fault.

Terrible experience: do not go with your family

Terrible experience whole place is a for alcoholic and cigarettes smokers staff rude behaviour doesn't know how to talk with a customer. My room had a very baad smell of cigarettes smoke and alcohol not a place to be with your family members very bad experience.

Comfortable stay and understanding manager

I really had a great stay with hotel utsav. I forgot to inform them about my early check-in request but the manager resolved the issue very conveniently. Room was having a good ventilation and windows for natural light and bathroom was really spacious. Location of this hotel is most like-able one. Just a request to the readers of this review, do inform them about your early check-in otherwise it's chargeable (at discretion of hotel management.
