the customer service is not good . the people are not good in behaviour. the the room are not clean and bathroom are dirty …

Hi there was no soap in wash room. A broken mirror hanging on wall.

Massive air-conditioned property, undergoing rennovation at the moment, so pols avail house keeping services telephonic-ally in advance, ample gated parking, decent food, himachli rasoi is a good eating option couple of meters away(walkable)overall definitely value for money.

Property is under construction with no basic amenities. Smelly rooms and out of order tv. Pathetic service and non friendly staff.

No clean bed sheets even pillows are having dark spot and bathroom is full of cockroaches and no elevator very tough to carry luggage at top floor

Good feelings at this hotel. Hotel is still under construction even then we felt comfort. Bathroom and toilet may be improved

Beds, blankets and rooms were very smelly.

Cleaning issue and staff behavior so rude i want change my room but your staff saying aap room chord sakte ho change nhi hoga.

Bathroom is not cleaned the heater is not working properly. Blankets used in that rooms are not hygiene.

The room was very small with just bed no other basic amenities like was water or anything else. The building is still under construction also the blankets was not sufficient in such extreme cold conditions.

Room quality was worst and terrible as it was not maintained neatly. Bathroom was nasty and stinking. Walls were bad.

1) staff achha nahi hai 2) hotel ka kamra bahut chota hai. 3) saaf Safai nahin hai. 4) Hotel TV band hai. 5) Hotel room ke andar ki bed sheet Puri gandi hai. 6) Hotel ke jaisa koi system nahin hai. 7) toilet aur bathroom donon ek hi sath attach hai. ekadam Chhota sa room hai. jiske andar nahane ke liye bhi jagah nahin hai. 8) bahut hi Chhota bathroom hai lagta hi nahin hai ki fresh hua hai. 9) Hotel ki picture dalkar sirf bevkuf banaa rahe hain. 10) pura Hotel under construction mein hai abhi 11) sabse ganda bathroom aur toilet hai. 12) washing machine be toilet ke andar banaya hua hai brush karne ke liye. 13) Hotel ke andar ke bedroom ki bedsheet Puri gandi lagai Hui hai. 15) bahut hi ganda experience raha hai is Hotel ka koi system nahin hai koi management nahin hai koi साफ-सफाई nahin hai.

1) you will see cockroaches in your bed, bathroom and kitchen area 2) not easily accessible. 3) still under construction. 4) unable to sleep on stiff bed. 5) bathroom taps are broken 6) no room services 7) no telephone for calling people. Having all these issues, you should not expect them to give all facilities in 700 rs. Its cheap but need a lot of imporvement.

Building was under renovation and staff behaviour was not good. We booked ac room but when we reached hotel ac room was not available.

The hotel staff is good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The food service of the hotel is bit delay.

i've selected deluxe room but they gave me a bad room and the room wasn't even clear,bedsheets and everything were in a bad situation,worst experience 👎
