Room cleaning issue room service issue bathroom cleaning issue drinking water not provide by hotel tv is not working food quality is very poor. Pics are not available. But this type of issue face 3 days

It was very horrible experience with me hotel have very big menu but they have nothing to sever, and food quality was very bad, staff call 15 time in just half n hour for check out. Don't have photo but i don't recommend any one to stay there. A girl was sitting in reception she said me in last sir aap ko jo krna h kr sakti ho jha complaint krni h kr do.

i gave new name,atithi inn food out. so many excuses form reception side. if we do advance payment so they are not giving important of customer. we 4 ladies leave in hotel but not provide any tea in morning 6:30 am . we taken food from outside. bad experience of kitchen.👎🏻

Hotel is good. Room service and staff is very polite and cooperative. Location is good. Dd mall is just 5mins away. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

It's worth the price. But overall ok considering all the facilities and services. I found ventillation and continuous smell of a burning cigg from other rooms were the biggest problems

Overall the hotel for staying is good. Few amenities are not provided like slippers, dental kit. The rest facility is ok.

The stay was good in terms of service and maintenance of the property. Staff is polite. Food is also good.

1. Rooms are not ventilated. There is a typical hotel odour in the room due to a lack of ventilation. 2. Property is quite old and the rooms were not very clean. 3. Bathroom was worse from the overall experience. They did have a hot water facility but the commode jet leakage was causing the bathroom to be wet overall. And due to this, the floor of the room was also getting wet. The washbasin was so small it was of no use. Hardly you can just wash hands.

Hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly. Room cleaning and services is upto mark. Overall experience was excellent. Value for money.

No hand towels were given, no tea making facility or tea was available, guy manning the reception was rude and should not be manning that desk at all.

Near to Gwalior Fort, easy to reach hotel, hospitality is excellent, good food but costlier, nice view of fort's side from room. Overall perfect stay it was.

Cancelled my booking after check in and asked for more money at the time of check out
