No lift, no ac, no heater, not clean

Very dirty old property. Not maintained at all. Dirty sheets and towels. Very bad experience.

Quite good experience. Had some problems related to entry of people post 10 o’clock.

Not supportive staff and very annoying and rude behaviour of hotel staff

We reached the hotel and one of my friend wants to use the restroom to freshen up and the person at the reception denies to go to bathroom. We were 4 people and he told us to firstly fill the details of address and other such stuff by ourselves. After giving the adhar card, the hotel staff is suppose to make the process smooth for the guest but they are the complete opposite of it.

Unprofessional behaviour of the housekeeping

Very small room given that was uncomfortable. Villa feeling bad. Perhaps next time will be luxurious and more better facilities will be given by property owners. Thanks

The staff was very rude. This hotel is running without staff. Bed sheet was so dirty. We asked to change but they had the same condition in all rooms. in breakfast omelette was served without bread as they did not have bread. When asked for bread they asked to 500 Rs extra. AC was not working.

The location is very good and situated very near to markets. Though the facility is well made but maintenace is below standard. The bed sheets and curtains are not clean and overall hygiene is very average. The breakfast is a single item and does not worth it.

Good staff. Central location in Gurgaon. Good food. Water came faster then my last stay.

Good place and good staff. Running water and hot water an issue. They charged me for some extra break fast which I could never understand. Over all good for price.

Pros:. Services are good. Staff is good. Food is nice. Location is okay. Cons:. Room quality is average. Rooms were not very clean. View from the room is really bad unless you get a room facing main road. My room window was not working, like if it's open you can't close if close you can't open.

I have arranged my trip with this Hotel. First time The experience was terrible from the beginning itself. The rooms are too small and you will not find even space to move around in the room. The staff and management are so restless about the service, (morning and evening) which was very embarrassing, although it was book through there channel only. Bath room are unhygienic conditions The morning breakfast and room service also had problem like slow service and food quantity / quality. In all, I will not recommend this hotel for any kind of stay.

The stay was very good. Very helpful staff. Value for money. Easy to locate. However need to have a better restaurant. The restaurant was very stuffy and I am a Claustrophobic. Looking forward to stay again.

Located very near to main road, metro station .. Service was good .. Checked in early morning still room was made available for me ... Hospitality is very good. I stayed in a single room .. Which is completely pocket friendly ..
