Very bad customer service

I recently stayed at this property with a group of six girls, including a three-month-old baby and one friend who is six months pregnant. Although the stay was affordable and the place seemed nice initially, our experience was marred by a series of unfortunate events and extremely poor customer service. We arrived at our destination at 7 pm, and the caretaker, handed over the keys hurriedly. Almost immediately after entering, the power went out, and the inverter was not working. This situation was incredibly stressful, especially with a crying baby and one of us being a new mom on her first trip without family. We called for assistance, and he eventually arrived but offered no help, behaving rudely and telling us to move to another hotel if we are not comfortable. After much pleading, he brought someone to address the issue. Despite their claims of fixing the problem, the power continued to go out frequently throughout our two-day stay, leaving us in darkness for extended periods. While the property itself was good, behavior was nothing short of a nightmare and completely ruined what was supposed to be a memorable trip, especially for the new mom and her baby. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service and reliability.

Hi Anaswara Mohan, From the management, we really sorry about not giving you a positive experience which you and every one of our customers looking for. We have included this as part of the training to address your concerns. Also 1. Based on the issue with Inverter, we have made following adjustment. a. Periodic maintenance check is included. b. Installed additional Emergency light, incase of the inverter failure. c. Replaced the inverter battery to a new and efficient/powerful , which last longer. 2. Removed the trampoline and will replace it after repair. 3. Gas leak is rectified. Periodic check of gas remaining is included in the checklist. 4. Automatic pumping of water to overhead tank is installed. We hope above will remediate the concerns you have raised. Pls note that we have only one property we are trying our level best to give customers a positive experience. This is the only one negative response we received and we tried to address what is humanly possible. There were many positive response about caretakers response, which one guest told me aswell that they forgot the passport at villa and he drive all the way to fortcochin to give it(It may be in one of the review. not sure what happened that day. I am operating this property remotely, just FYI . Take care Thank you .

familyStay was good. But night time transport was difficult. As we didn't take our own car. Staff was very good.
