Room was small, hot water not available but they say they have it.

Hotel location is good. Food is over priced. Room heater need to be provided. But its chargeable 400rs per heater per night.

The hotel is located about 3 kms uphill from the market area. It's very inconvenient if you don't have a vehicle of your own. Mobile reception is unavailable 90% of the time. The hotel however is very good and the view is amazing. Staff is friendly too.

We had a very good stay in this hotel. Staff of this hotel were very friendly and did serve us a nice and tasty veg food. Locality of hotel was also easily accessible as it is on the main road to zero point.

It's very good hotel at basic price. The view from windows is awesome. It's not classy hotel. But very good at the given rates. Staff is good and specially to mention food is very tasty. They provided us very fresh and tasty food. Near army check post.

Nice homely feel. No electric kettle, Geyser functional. However food served as buffet, hence no room service. Splendid view and location.

Due to poor health condition I was unable to reach

We went to Lachung on 29 September. Hotel was nice, comfortable. Only veg food available and that was too on buffet. The great thing was they served tea 3 times which was complementary but at dawn time there were power cut and that was super horrible for us. There were nobody with whom we could speak as we have to set off early from hotel so at any cost we need the geyser but soon the hotel in charge came and provide us warm water and take care about the generator. So it was our nice staying. Secured and comfortable.

The location was very serene and the location near army check post made it more special. However room heater could be included.

Overall it was a good stay. Although room offered were not great, because the rooms were located in the ground floor and were swampy. Rooms had dampness on the wall, toilet was also not good, bed were also not comfortable. Of course, this hotel had some good rooms in the first floor as seen. Rooms are provided with basic facilities like a TV set, bed, and blankets, towels etc. Hotel has ample of parking place for the tourist vehicle. Location of the hotel is considerably good as the hotel is located just by the Side of the main Road going to Yumthang and zero points near the army check post. Distinguishing feature of the hotel is the quality of food they served, although vegetarian is the only available option. Very good and tasty vegetarian buffet dinner was served at a very re reasonable price. Overall it was good to stay.

The food was the best. Homely and sumptuous. The rooms were OK for the same booking price they give a very small room or a little big room. No aqua guard. 3 rooms booked prepaid for and when we reach they say 2 rooms are only available. We have to adjust and take a room in the adjacent hotel which is not professional at all. The adjacent hotel rooms are all horrible.

The hotel is at a very good location near the army check post. The staff were courteous, room was clean. Lunch and dinner was provided, it was expensive but given the location, it seemed fine.

Food was very good. And hotel was average but you can't get better in Lachung.

The hotel is located in very good and calm place. The food was excellent quality and taste. The staffs are very polite and jolly. They also mingled up with my children easily. Overall the experience was outstanding.

Facility of the hotel is below average as against charges they are taking. But staff are very cooperative specifically owner of the hotel. They are providing very good food. But room services are poor. Rooms are very small and hot water are nor readily available. Over all good ratings due to staff behaviour with tourist and guest.
