Worst experience in a hotel listed on MMT, location horrible, property - worst, Staff members attitude - Terrible, no tea, no towel and toiletries in the room, we checked out early out of frustration.

There were many problems in Strawberry Hills ➡️ room was unclean. ➡️ there was so many Mosquitos ➡️There was not any basic toiletries like tissue rolls , shampoo etc ➡️there was no comod on toilet seat which was very uncomfortable ➡️handle of toilet was broken ➡️there was no wi-fi in rooms or loby area ➡️in the booking terms you have mention that you will not allow only males group but there was two group of only males ➡️that's why DJ evening (8pm-10pm) atmosphere was like low class bar That's why we are unsatisfied with this property

The room was stinking. In the bathroom, there was poor arrangement for the water outlet system. Towels were dirty.

Even though my room was booked, I had to wait on reception because of some random guy was demanding for some specific room and the guy at the reception was attending him first and wasted lots of time. Secondly, no breakfast was provided in room even though I was ready to pay money, reception was not receiving calls and towels were not provided which is very basic in all hotels. No one was available to take my luggage to the room. No hot water was provided for bathing. Room price was about basic services were not provided. Very pathetic hotel as per its price.

The restaurant service and food is very poor. Restaurant control is not under hotel management. Room service and maintenance department is also not good.

Property location is good, we stayed at D towers newly constructed, room service are not there, phone available but not working we have to approach reception by physically for any requirement, same for the restaurant…need lots of improvements…

Location is good but service and cleanliness are very bad..hygiene level is zero.

Nice ambience, nice spacious rooms , a bed come sofa available for the 3rd person in a good budget friendly place. The place is in Maharashtra, just about 5 kms from Saputara so make sure to plan the itinerary accordingly.

This hotel lacks basic hospitality, with poor cleanliness, bad service, and an unsafe, chaotic atmosphere. Not for families.

Hotel is good for ambience and surrounding. service is ok . I had booked delux ac room but there was no Wi Fi, TV was not working, I have booked online so I didn't get breakfast and dinner, nearby restaurant was too costly so I used to to go outside all the time for every thing up to the high way which was 1.5 kms from the hotel. Bathroom fittings was very poor. it is not worth as hotel is 3 star . one fine day there was was some electricity problem so genrator was on but after some time even genrator back up was stopped for Whole day..

It was a wonderful experience. The property location is very good.. Food is also delicious.. The hotel facility is also very good.. Overall I enjoyed it...

I was booked 2 room for 1 day, but experience is average room AC not working, hygiene not maintained, limited food items need to improve

property is very nice n well maintained. however rooms n room service is poor. Not providing dental kit. Even towels provided on demand. No staff at reception before 8 am to serve. No reply on intercom. however atmosphere around hotel is awesome.

You get only stay and food The air conditioning in the room is not working properly. The door locks are broken. And the biggest fraud is taking more money than MRP.

The property location is very good but property maintenance is not as good as the property. Service provided by the staff is ok but, overall the teriff is not worth. The property requires finishing touch of renovation particularly a mount view rooms.
