Breakfast is delicious. Surrounding area of the room needs to be cleaned. Kids friendly environment.

Nice stay and good hotel and location. Just near to Tiger reserve. Staff Suresh was very helpful and very good in hospitality.

Experience with Stay Melody was not good. Only the location was good. Property ambiance not good, as the bathroom and room was dark, which I didn't like. And the bedsheet was too dirty but later on, they changed the bedsheet. There was no security guard. I would not recommend it for families.

Surrounding is full of trees. Relax atmosphere.

With a great hospitality and co-operation by both the host and the staffs, this is one of the best property for a family Stay. The cleanliness, facilities, safety and security are all very good. The breakfast they provided was also very delicious. Only problem I faced is the small size of the rooms. Overall a must recommended property to others.

Centrally located property, with nice ambiance. The hospitality can be improved. The room were clean and tidy but few things were not up to the mark. Few complimentary services also missing ( Complimentary drinking water was not in the room).

Excellent host. Approach road from the main road was dirty due to sewerage cleaning being done but it is a temporary problem.

We are not at all satisfied with your service. We had booked a hotel Stayzone royal inn statue hotel at Thiruvananthpuram on 12th November but when we reached, we were told that your room hadn't been booked so we had to manage with our families inspire of being very tired. Not only this, we had to pay a heavy charge. We had already paid the amount to you on 24th June but haven't got the refund yet. We haven't expected such a service from such a reputed travel agency.

Hot water was not available, away from main bus stand, near to highway

Service is very poor. For hot water for bath purpose, it took 1.5hrs to resolve.

Good place to Stay with your family. The host is very co operative and helpful.

Ambience and hospitality were very nice

We are not satisfied with the room, we got a small room with dirty sit out. Only telemarketing channels were available in TV. They were not provided any welcome drink or drinking water. They give attention only for customers with breakfast included package. The plus point are kids play area and safety and security.

I stayed for two days with family. One day in a deluxe room and another in an ac room. Deluxe room was too small and there were many insects. Ac room was big and well maintained. Also the location is next to bus depot and the two access roads were narrow and poorly lit in the night. I landed with kids expecting some dinner provision, but dinner wasn't available. There is a play area, my kids enjoyed that part and breakfast was good.

Near to spice garden, Periyar National Park, elephant ride, and market place. Suitable for family with kids. Owner is cooperative, arranged vehicle and also drop us to Park in the morning.

It was great and loved being there.
It was fantastic stay and please keep it up guys.
