Poor hospitality

The Hotel refused to let me check in.I showed them the booking and payment slip to the hotel staff but they told me we have not received any call from OYO.also saying that we have tie up with OYO not Bookmytrip..I had my exams next day after 3and half hours I was transferred to nearest hotel which was 3.1 km which I had to walk....I received a call from OYO and was told that hotel P.R has water shortage issue but I saw a person check in before me...it was a bad trip...the customer care person helped me a lot his name is Ajay....thanks to him...this is my second time I booked and payed but the hotel didn't let me check in..one was family trip in siliguri and the other is this one...I have serious trust issues now that why should I book online..it's for convenience but for me it is traumatising....

it's terrible there receptionist not available.one boy was available.when I check in he called one lady ..she is not you haven't paid money.but I already paid .then agree when he given room that room toilet was very dirty also room was also not clean proper too much dirty inside bedsheet was not clean proper..very bad experience.anyhow I just stay there..
