room are very small and room are dirty not clean properly. even fan are not working properly

The stay in this property was horrible. The toilet and the room was very dirty. their blankets were sweting and full of bad smell. They have not given the room key at the time of check in. early morning when we came out for going out no one was there in the reception. After 2 hours , by 7 am only they came. we asked them the room key to lock the room. they replied the the key is not available. it is damaged.. at the time of check in we asked them to change the room because of bad smell. they changed the the room but that also not comfortable for us. for that reason they charged time of check out. it was a horrible experience

bathroom very small,shower not proper working, very bad. bed not clean also, room not clean,very poor

Nice and very helpful. Food is very good. Rooms are clean. Couple friendly. Near Ranaghat and Krishnanagar railway stations.

i had booked so they gave us a 9*9 room. In short very small. I requested them to provide a bigger room but they say that you booked so you have to be in this room. I don’t know why they are saying this.

Very bad experience. The rooms was smaller then shown. The bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom is dirty

The room wasn't clean, hair scatter on bedsheet, blanket also not provided, after asking blanket they provide dirty blanket contain few stains.

Room was good, staff also very reasonable, food was very tasty overall 4. 5 out of 5

Room is good, but bedsheet had little holes. In night we faced load-shedding a lot of times. But food is good here.

1, The welcome was horrible,Who ever was preseason in Front office he was argue with me and insulting me. 2, I paid 700/- extra for better room but no invoice after that. *About room* - If I talk about linens and beds,it’s super super dirty,Damaged,holes on it & smell like spoiled eggs & stain of it. - ⁠Fully dirty everything and unhygienic ( can’t step in the room) - ⁠Same as bathroom super smelly,Poop & urine on WC. - ⁠Was no water coming for few hours. *Food* -I love the food test, honestly it’s nice one. *Bing a hospitality person I can’t accept this overall stay as it wasn’t my cup of tea and spoiled my whole day, I will report this to GOV safety department to check on it to be safe & better. *I do understand the property facility comparing to price but can’t accept the people how the talk and cleanness of the property. *And it’s not recommended.

Rooms are very small but food is great people are very helpful and very quiet and calm. A great place for weekend escape

On direct contact with manger i reached easily and staying experience is good thanks for support food quality is too good

And staff behaviour good.but one is loadshading time no generator service given on us,. In early morning no water supply in bathroom and also bathroom is so small

When we were booking on make my trip, the smallest room was 1150, standard room and was 1350, when we selected standard the price suddenly changed to 1950. We still got basic room and ended up paying 650 extra for a badly maintained room with dirty sheets and leaking bathroom. Makemytrip is unpredictable and inconvenient now a days. Have been happy with it until this experience
