coupleI am appalled how does this property qualify as a 5 star . The rooms were average , breakfast was terrible not only with limited options but the taste too. The services are average the only salvage during our one day there is the pool area which has a nice view. Extremely disappointed!

The hotel is located near to bagdogra airport approximately 30 minutes. The staffs of the hotels were very friendly and helpful. I travel-led with my 9th month’s baby. Hotel staff tried their best to provide necessary services for my baby. Rooms were very neat and clean. They offer in room dine in services also. They offer variety of food and it was delicious also. It is located near to hong kong market. Walkable distance approximately 700 meters.

familyGood location and very big property with great outdoor views....You can also see the Lord Shiva statue of Char Dham from the hotel balcony. But food was too costly and quantity served was too little. Except food other services were okay

Fantastic property fantastic and courteus staff. Mr singh and the restaurant team are great. Only drawback was that the gym and play area was not operational. Casino has only 1 game. Rest everything was just awesome.

No its not even a 4 star

Just room is good. No other facilities. Even you have to ask for sleepers dental kit etc. Many items of food menu not available. No fresh juice available. Even fruits were not available. Billiards table is also not available. Overall 3 out of 5. And it’s just like a normal 3 star hotel

groupHotel manager was non cooperative. Most of the hotel's food menu card items were not available. Could not sleep in the first night of stay as some orchestra/stage programme with deafening sound went on till around 1am even after regular request made by us to the hotel authority.
