SN Eco Resort And Waterpark

Cottages are too good. Such a beautiful property in the outskirts of BBSR and Cuttack. Yes renovation still under it’s way and since there is an issue with the room service which can be taken care of eventually . Food served at the restauranti was delicious indeed. Staffs are cooperative too. Overall pleasant staycation.

It was a excellent stay. we have taken Wooden cottage. Though it was small for 3 people but enjoyable.Food was good. Children park. Water park are also available.One or two day stay can be done.

Place was good. Restaurant food was good as well. Still lots of things are getting developed. Did not like the loud music from water pool area, instead it could be something slow and instrumental.

It was a magnificent stay.

There should be improvements in welcoming guests. Service is not good. You have to carry your own luggage to your room.

Pros ------------ --Good place for kids. --Lots of greenery. --Rooms were neat and clean. --Food was too good. --Staffs were very helpful. crons ----------- --For rooms additionally one table fan is needed because no one is switching on AC for 24hrs. --For rooms (small tents) side table was missing and since only one table was provided so need to keep intercom,tv and ac remotes,glasses,cups,tea maker jar,tea makers so imagine how much clumsy it will be. I have even shared the feedback at the time of check out (verbally) but unfortunately there was no feedback form nor the receptionist (male and female) were interested to listen. --phone numbers which was provided at the rooms was not connecting through the intercom (so why intercom was provided) and due to this customers has to call staffs by calling through mobile. --I can understand it's rainy reason but atleast keep the stored water clean or atleast stop it completely so that mosquitoes will not increase and most of the items for water sports were not working conditions.

We not staying at the property, I informed so many times to make my trip that I wrongly booking on that date but make my trip not listening to request. Oscar bad experience with make my trip

location, food, amenities are all good, but the staffs are not very familiar with services how a resort operates. Restaurant staffs sucks..

Excellent location

I had paid GST & taxes p while booking but when I check out from hotel they gave me new bill with gst of my paid payment. they think that we are fool customer & can do it whatever they want

though food quality is not so bad. But no value for money. No swimming pool, Gym but falsely mentioned in the advertisement. it's pure a scam , open loot

Wonderfull Place nd the environment was very calm.. Must visit the place. staffs are good nd food is also good. Rooms are next level. 👌👌
