Shyam Palace

Food was okay, but late. Bed was dirty. Good budget hotel

The room and bathroom is super dirty. The previous guest having food on the bed and i found dry current in the blanket. If it's refundable i wouldn't stay there. It's totally uncomfortable please. Please note that i feel it's not hotel it's male accommodation lots of male and their too noisy. They talked front of the door middle of the night. I won't recommend hotel hotel to stay. They gave my a water bottle when i check in but the cap was opened before. Please don't stay otherwise you're going to lose your money.

I had come here for an exam, the staff supported me to reach the center.
Staff behavior was good and they were very cooperative.

Hotel Shyam palace is very bad conditions.

The behaviour of the staff are not good. They don't know how to deal with the people. When they saw us . A a couple(belongs to northeast) they behaved us as some terrorist. They don't want to provide us any rooms. Our identity nothing for them. This is ridiculous .

The location was OK as being nearer to the metro station. Receptionist was very stupid without having any knowledge to deal with the customers. Bed sheets were stinking. Geyser was not working so I had to Bath with the cold water. Non veg food that they served me was poor and they charged money double than what was written on the menu. Internet service was OK. They also take money for drinking water.

Its a kind of lodge in market area and rooms are not clean and smelling bad. Requested for room spray and it is not available in hotel. No phone to call reception in room. Gyser also not in working condition. Waste of Money

Great stay, nice location easy to find the center of my exam as it was my exam for whih I have to stay there for ,, staff was good alll in all a Great experience tpo be there for a night. Staff was cooperative as they help me finding my center of exam

Excellent service with nice rooms.. Can't expect the facilities at such an affordable price.. Fully paisa wasool and nice place to relax.. Nice place for family.. Would like to book hotels from MMT as such hotels can be expected at such an affordable price.

Must have this hotel. Excellent location. Value for money. I had to stay in Delhi nearby nehru place. This was the hotel having low rent and excellent location. Room was clean and spacious. Worth have it.

The location of hotel is good, near to local market, I think in this price no other hotel in Delhi in that region. One main thing that I felt, hotel is a reliable. One can stay with his/her family members. Overnight services are available. Near to metro station.

Nice place the locality was okay but the rooms were good considering it was a low price hotel .. Cleanniness was on the lower side but not that bad ... Godd room service .. All in all a good place to stay at affordable price range.

Very bad, room are not for stay, room are also not clean everyday, lunch facility also very bad, bedsheets also bad smell, location also in market, water facility is also not provide, remaining all are OK, but not stay for outsider

The hotel is located in a very dirty locality. Hotel itself is dirty, bad odour in room. The sheets are not that clean. Water in bathroom had bad odour, not safe to rinse your mouth. Totally dissatisfied

Room was good and clean. Nice staying here. Food was good. Nice helping staff. Booking trough make my trip was also easy and got it at most economical rates. Food was a bit costly but it was good in over all respect Thanks to team

Room was untidy as well as receptionist did not know how to tackle customer.. There was a cabinet for window AC but AC was not their so a small space was open to outer surrounding.. For bathroom hot water was mentioned on site but only cold water was in use.. But for the money point of view and if you want to just spend night then its OK..

Located near metro station and if you have any work on violet line(on metro station), it is best place. Finding such hotel at this price now days are very tough. Staff members are also friendly. Heater service is also available. A full paisa wasool.

Room service was good. Heater service was provided. Breakfast lunch and dinner facility are available in the hotel. Near metro station- Sarita vihar. Just walking distance. Near fire station of Sarita vihar. Easily approachable.

I am thankful to Makemytrip for serving me such beautiful hotel in my the place where my exam centre was located. Everything was okay. If there was a food facility available. Then it is 5 star from me... But still it is 4. 5 from me.
