Shivam Paying Guest House

The location of the property is not convenient. Owner is quite helpful however not good for Solo traveller.

No private bathroom and toilet in room. No mirror in room. Hotel location is in Nerrovo street. Even not going bike. No parking available. Staff behave is too poor. Restriction to used any services. No WiFi available. Not suggested to anyone.

I went Udaipur for an exam so I wanted to book a low bugdet room near city palace. The hotel was hard to reach as it was near Unto ka Karkhana and taxi drivers have not listened this name before. You have to climb in ascending streets to reach this Guest house. It's a house having 1st and 2nd floor as Guest house. They have single bathroom for two rooms. But the room was quiet good and well cleaned. You don't need air-conditioner there. Also the view from rooftop was so amazing. It is situated on a walking distance from Jagdish temple 400 metres, City palace 600 metres, Gangaur Ghat Pichola lake view 800 metres. Overall it's value for money.

We stayed here for one day only as we have train at night. So looking for budget property near tourist spot. Shivam Paying Guest House is home converted in guest house. First and second floor rooms given on rent. We stayed on first floor room was very small no Tv. Property located on hill so not recommended for senior citizens or. If you have heavy luggage as they don't have any service staff. All ladies handle all guests. They made food for us as per order pure veg. Rates okay but quantities very less. Light goes no backup facilities. City Palace is near by guest house. No room service. No phone or intercom. Like home stay. From terrace you can see entire city. We recommend if you are okay with above problems and plus points

First, the location is quite Good because on terrace, you clearly look the city very well and City palace is placed in front of the Paying guest House, room is nice and facilities, services all are good and it's value for money, totally worth it
