It was a short 6-hour stay having good sleep, but overall quite disappointing. I had booked after viewing room images online, but on arrival I was given a much smaller room. They claimed the room shown in the photos was a “deluxe” category and asked for extra payment to upgrade. Since I couldn’t stay in such a small room, I had to pay extra for the upgrade. The check-in experience itself was unpleasant, with rather rude behaviour. Even in the upgraded room, the toilet and room were smelly. In the morning, the toilet jet wasn’t working at all, which was extremely inconvenient. Overall, the stay was far below expectations.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure my check-in was smooth and that i had everything i needed during my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, from the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals. The location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip
