Property manager polite in nature and room are clean & well hygiene maintained. one bhk apartment room is more spacious for small kids. Calangute and Baga beach near from hotel. Restorant for veg and nonveg also nearby from hotel. Common swimming pool is good and well maintained

I recently stayed at Hotel Serovena by Dia, Goa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved. Pros: ✅ Great Location – The hotel is well-situated, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. ✅ Good Breakfast – The breakfast spread was fresh and had a decent variety. ✅ Good Service – The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured a smooth stay. Cons / Areas for Improvement: ❌ Pool Timings Too Restrictive – The 7 AM to 7 PM timing is inconvenient for travelers who are out exploring during the day. Extending it to 24 hours or at least until midnight would be much better. ❌ Limited Water Bottles – More complimentary water bottles should be provided in the rooms, as two are not always sufficient. ❌ Seating in Deluxe Room – In the 1BHK room, there is a sofa, but in the Deluxe Room, only a stool is provided. It would be much better if they added at least a chair for better comfort and relaxation. Final Verdict: A comfortable stay with good food and service, but some amenities need improvement to enhance the guest experience. If they extend pool timings, provide more water bottles, and add better seating in deluxe rooms, it would be even better! ⭐ Rating: 4/5 🌟

Location : very good , filled with peace. Food: there is no restaurant. Amenities : quite spacious rooms with common swimming pool, one can definately try staying in this hotel with 1bhk. Services : pathetic, i wanted toilet paper at 2am , as i had come back from party , i called up the reception guy named Akeel but he rudely disconnected the call denying for any service . I would never call for any service at 2am , but i did so , as i saw him watching movie on his phone , which means he was awake . But i was very disappointed with the rude behaviour. One more thing, please keep few iron , as only one is not sufficient for all the room. Thanks

The rooms were clean and very spacious. Overall service was also very good, staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay not very great.

The location is a little inner side from the main road the hotel is located between candolim and calangute so the location On the main road there is good market and food outlets are there The hotel and swimming pool is well maintained all staff are very cooperative

Our first experience was not very good. To start with room allocation, since we checked in late all good rooms were given and we were alloted a damp room (one wall having dampness due to a/c water leakage). Then there were cockroach in the room a big one. The duvet was having patches having fungal growth, when we asked to change it they said they don't have extra and other rooms were occupied. They did change the room next day which was fine but the overall experience was ruined. The pool area was small and clean but we did not use it. To be true they didn't care much about customer experience as this property is a cash generating property. Location was good but like any other budget property in Goa it is a bit inside from main road and is priced accordingly.
