_this hotel accepts bookings and cancels it at the last moment, provided location is also wrong, stay away_

The hotel and staff are pathetic. They gave me 1 room though my booking has 2 rooms in it saying it’s a glitch in site. They involved advisor for puri location, he mentioned after discussion that he will be refunding me the money for 1 room. Till now they didn’t come back. Ac was not working and wi-fi not there. When i ask for these, hotel person asked me to vacate the hotel and go out. With family of 3 ladies and 1 little son, i really felt very bad with the hotel staff behaviour. They are such an idiots and only running business for money. No morality and no committed service. At 12. 15 pm i ordered food and they have served me at 2:05 pm even for that also, they asked me to vacate if i don’t like the hotel.

Very bad experience the picture of hotel is fake the provide another guest house those are ruptured building, so don't book it by mistake

Staff is rude they were fighting. Unnecessary adding amount for late checkout even after informing them will checkout late. Have raised multiple ticket with mmt for which they were complaining too and were angry why we called mmt late night.

Hotel manager denied upfront to provide us the room, i went with my family and this was a nightmare. I contacted to mm t to raise the concern and mm t guy was also not able to turned hotel manager up. Therefore as a last resort mm t guy provided us different hotel accommodation which we had to approve despite of ugly rooms because we had no time and tired too to search hotel ourself. Mm t should take full ownership and i expect full refund in this case.

Stay was great. The apartment has a spacious hall with sofa and teapoy, a bedroom with double bed, a small balcony and a washroom. Ordered some food for dinner and man it was delicious - mustard fish and butter chicken was mouth watering. They also had complimentary breakfast which was tasty as well. The owner was available at all times and good service by staff. The only con for this place is the location, you have to come pretty inside on muddy road with no lights. We had our own car so we had no issues but otherwise it would be a problem.

Service was excellent. Behavior of all staffs is outstanding.

very bad hotel, no room service, food price very hike, first thing is when we book the hotel they show a fantastic room pics. that was given, but when we reached the hotel it was totally different. it was a lodge type room. so my opinion is it was very uncomfortable place🙏

I booked two hotel rooms at puri for 3 nights but after visiting the hotel it was almost 2km from beach and the hotel was not upto the mark it was an old building and far away from the lighthouse.

they are making fool to everyone. they are running a scam. it's a OYO in the middle of nowhere. the owner of this hotel is a scum bag. if you want a happy travelling please book a different hotel. pathetic

If making people fool is a art then this hotel is the best artist. We check out this hotel just in 1 hour after check in

Superb clean room. Staff are Very Very good 👍behaviour. Room is a too big, suite room clean like my home. I ordered food which is also nice in taste. Love❤ the stay.
