Hotel SBL Rameswaram

Firstly, room allocation was too late, nobody was there in the resepetion to allocate the room. Room was allowed after long waiting. Secondly, Room was not cleaned and lot of dust, AC was not working, only one trowel was given for deble occupancy. The rate was too high, the room was about 1000 cost, whereas you have collected 3 time of the price. Location was for away from the temple for walk. If you ask me rating I will give 1-Terrible😒

Since the property was visibly nee, i understand it lacking a few amenities like toiletries and such shortfalls, but apart from that the property was very clean, and the host was helpful. Slightly far from the temple but auto rickshaws were available even at 3AM in the morning. Overall didnt regret...

1. No hangers in the cupboard 2. No mirror in the washroom 3. No wifi in rooms 4. No provision of any food 5. Not even tea / coffee in rooms 6. Stinking quilt 7. 3 kms away from the temple but as there is poor transport connectivity you will have to shed rs. 200, 300 or 400 whatever the auto asks for. 8. Not for make my trip booking

Hotel was terrible, most amenities didn't work. Location is very poor, no restaurants nearby and also not in the hotel itself. Room was ok enough to sleep on.

the most horrible experience for the tariff i paid, to begin with, the toilet was dirty and unhygienic. when i requested it to be cleaned the manager told me to cancel the booking and leave. he was extremely rude and uncouth. the staff that came to clean it was mumbling under her breath thinking that i did not understand tamil. she told me that the toilet had already been cleaned. there was no provision for tea-coffee, kettle, glass or spoon. i had to request them to switch on the mains for the geyser to operate. there was no duvet. the staff said all of them had gone for wash. they gave me a bed sheet to cover. and when i asked for hot water to drink as i had to have a medicine, they asked me if i had a flask for that. i can go on and on. i will never recommend this place to anyone or visit myself ever.

Because we had come late evening even though we have paid the full ammount he said the rooms are not available as he has allocated to other people. 5. He was asking us to either take the room without ac or cancel the entire booking and search for rooms elsewhere. 6. We had to force our parents to stay in the non ac room as that was the only room he gave in ground floor total number of rooms we had booked for the trip (2 accounts in make my trip) 4 each room costing 4k per day and had to stay for 2 nights about 32k worth of highly toxic stay and unworthy service.

This hotel has no facilities at all. Poor service and hospitality. Don’t even have the courtesy to provide blanket, water and toiletries which are very basic in even a small hotel. We had booked AC rooms, but we were given non AC rooms. Very unprofessional behaviour by the hotel staff when asked to provide what we had booked. Not worth to stay here and don’t recommend for anyone.

The hotel was understaffed, there were mosquitoes

The bath room was not cleaned at all even though i even though i checked in at around 1am on 26th. There is no sofa or even a single chair in it. No hot water making ketel was there. Used towel still was there.

Under construction property. New paint smell in room. No lift. Room is neat and clean.

Ok though it's new hotel, the service is poor, no basic amenities in the room, they don't serve drinking water, restaurant is still not active.

They not provided blankets. And to drink tea coffee you have to go outside and have to pay 200 for autorickshaw. Otherwise property is clean and good

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are new and neat. Very near to danushkodi and temple
