Samode Palace Jaipur

It had been a fantastic day and would like to visit again, and it was a very rejoice and peaceful moment for me, and we had a very good time. Thank you so much for arranging a wonderful and marvellous trip.

It's very nice Palace. There is something around 300 years. Old paintings still preserved. Ambience atmosphere is very good. Staff is very courteous.

The property & staff is 10/10. Super luxurious stay. Food is bit expensive. Breakfast have limited options as per compare to similar properties with the experience & amenities.

The stay was very pleasant. Very good get away from jaipur with excellent scenery in monsoons and finger licking good food. Even the small tour of the palace arranged by staff was pretty satisfactory. Photos were arranged, outside coffee shop and hi tea experience including the pools were great. Overall an incredible experience for the weekend stay.

Arrival in the hotel was very unpleasant & unprofessional, since the reception area was a long stairway walk, nobody was present at the main gate/ parking to escort or even guide. Was checked in to room no 110, in which the ac wasn’t working, after spending the whole afternoon complaining about it, was shifted to room 111. The heritage resort definitely needs a pleasant manager on duty for checking in guest to take constant feedback. Lack of warmth in this property made me cut short my stay by a day, though was paid for full in advance. With the rooms having a narrow corridor way to reach & very claustrophobic windows as jharokhas, one would feel stuffy in the room. The restaurant the staff were very pleasing and hospitable. I wouldn’t go back there.

Everything was magical. The staff, the stat, the service. Absolutely on point. I did find the food a bit overpriced but the experience was amazing

यह एक महल में बना होटल है और शहर से बहुत दूर है इसलिए अगर आपको यहाँ रहना ही तो आपने साथ कुछ खाना का सामान ज़रूर लाए खोली यह बहुत महँगा ही जैसे कोई भी खाने की डिश १००० या १२०० से कम नहीं ही और अगर आप ड्रिंक के sokeen ही और साथ में सोडा लेता है सपना सोडा ज़रूर लाया क्योंकि यहाँ एक लहर का सोडा २७५ रुपए का मिलता है

Property's location is very poor and negligible signages provided. Found the property with difficulty. However, the place itself is excellent with courteous staff and delicious food, which is very expensive. Not senior citizen friendly as there are many stairs and no railings.

We planned a family trip with kids as well as senior citizens. The location is not difficult to reach. The palace is beautiful with well-maintained rooms, courtyards, pools, terrace. All the rooms are different but equally awesome. The view of the aravalli ranges is treat for the eyes. It's a quiet & peaceful place to spend time with loved ones. One day was too less so better spend 2-3 days to have a relaxed vacation.

My stay in samod palace was very pleasant. The quality of food was excellent, amenities wee e really good and it was very convenient to reach the property from jaipur. Overall it was a great experience

The real vibes of old haveli and environment. Very relax and comfortable place. Staff and environment was really good.

Overall food quality was good but chinese and continental choices were very limited. Flies could have been avoided by providing double doors/air curtains and fly catchers.

I went with my 3 month and 5 year children for weekend gateway at samode place but was shock with horrible experiences. Firstly i have never faced any pest issue in any 5 star in my past visits. We. We’re shocked to see a lizard in my main suit near where children were playing and when informed to staff they royally ignored by saying that there is forest nearby. Also in main pool there is chipped tiles because of which my elder daughter had knee injury while swimming. Lastly we just had one main course meal with two main course dishes and they had charged us of 6k invoice. After when having requested for some discount on meal after this horrific lizard incident they ignored it completely by giving us some complimentary water bottles. I will not suggest this to anyone looking for royal experience with value for money. Guest with small kids should definitely avoid
