We planned for a weekend getaway at this location. The property is well maintained and located by the Rupnarayan river with huge open space and comfortable seating by the river. The food is good and the service is quick. The Service staff are well behaved and supportive. The swimming pool looked good but it would have helped if the management was strict with rules or guidelines for use of the pool.

Good for a short family stay, but the food is quite expensive for the taste and variety offered. Very few food options available. At this price point, having a mini-fridge in the rooms would be expected.

Well organised and well maintained . I had spent a night in hotel with my family.My experience was good. Overall hotel staff was very cooperative.

The location of the property was very good, just beside Rupnarayan river near Kolaghat bridge. The property has a pleasant atmosphere with huge lown area, swimming pool, children park and river side sitting area. Room was clean and luxurious with all amenities but size was not as per tariff. Staffs were polite and helpful. Room service was excellent. Restaurant foods were very good but a little bit overpriced. Our overall experience was positive.

One night stay on 14th March. Dolyatra day. Beautiful arrangement made by RRK ..Healthy atmosphere. Homely arrangement. Food little bit costly though.

Location good. Property good. Staff members are good too and very well behaved. What brings down rating is food prices. Which are just too high for 2 to 3 star property. Food quality is good though.

Not up to the mark according to price

We had taken two rooms. Our stay was comfortable. Staff were courteous. Food quality and quantity was excellent.

1. The room is excellent, clean and spacious. 2. Bathroom is clean and reasonably large - flush, faucet, geyser, shower etc all worked well. 3. The food is quite good, though little overpriced. 4. The staff is well mannered. Couple of negative points though: 1. The housekeeping section needs attention especially the overall upkeeping of the property. It looked shabby and dirty. Just like the rooms, the outside needs proper attention. 2. The swimming pool was very dirty, lots of algal blooms and needs attention.

The hotel’s good thing is it have river facing rooms. The space before the hotel with garden n pool is very neat and clean. Food taste is average and price of food is very high. Staffs are well behaved.

Full fraud hotel service. We've arrived late at night. Most of nearby hotel are allowed at pool till 11 pm. We reached at 8:00 pm and pool is closed. They didn't allow. Pool open time 10:00 am and check out time 10:00 am ? isn't that well planned fraud ? money wasted. I will never book through mm t ever.

Extremely high food cost. Breakfast menu is not at all satisfactory. 3

Room was good but restaurant service poor. Tandoor dishes not available. Most shocking is that at complimentary breakfast time they initially refused to serve egg items citing marriage ceremony. When told that no payment will be done only then agreed to serve omlettees further billing staff very much untrained and over billed us. Then rectified and refunded excess money taken

It was a very good experience statying at rupsai rupnarayan kuthir. Staffs were really good. River side view was fantastic. Food was good too, but extremely costly.

Management does not bother on guests issues

Food is tasty hygienic not sumptuous as overflowing with extra price adding to frowns on forehead. Location is good. Nature can be enjoyed in one's own way. Bolo tara rara

After almost 6 month much needed break we choose to stay at rrk kolaghat, i had a meeting in kolaghat, and took opportunity for a family vacation. Impressive resort, clean and higenic environment, staffs were very friendly, always ready for serving, rooms were clean, room was serviced every day during our stay at rrk. Foods were tasty and good in quantity and quality but costly. So costly one plain rice will cost rs. 100. I have seen people going out and bring in kfc buckets. We opted to eat in the restaurant. Breakfast has decent list, but limited. They serve in room. One good thing i liked the most we drive to mama bargha bhima mandir at tamluk, 40 mins drive, one of the shakti peeth, 2 hours we were back in resort. Swimming pool is good but could be more cleaner. Nice view of rupnarayan river from 2nd floor rooms.

Location is superb. Hotel looks like foreign property. Rooms are good, spacious. Food average. Costlier too. No question of covid protocol maintenance except the reception. Staffs, tourists everyone without mask, social distance. No question of temperature check. Highly unhygienic during covid times. You have to stay with your own risk. Otherwise hotel is very good with lots of facility.

1-2 days stay its very refreshing this kind of hotel
