Horrible & very poor condition of room, booked luxury room but provided room by hotel was very bad, the furniture of room was in damage condition, room not clean, every corner in room was covered with spider net, service was also bad.

We had a terrible experience here in this hotel. Prices are too much for the rooms. No maintanence at all. Washroom locks are broken. Hotel staff is bad at providing services. Kindly do not waste your money staying here.

Review - dirty ambience, dirty bathrooms, broken faucets, no dedicated parking, for every thing towels, soaps you need to ask, dirty drawers, no cupboards, no heaters, food is average, tvs are internet tvs and very low speed internet so no tvs, broken remots, no electricity backup, staff is cooperative but no use with all above problems, not at all value for money

The deluxe room we got in hotel royal view cottage, manali, by booking through make my trip was on the second floor. As the hotel does not have a lift (which was not known to us till we reached the hotel, we asked for a room on the ground floor. We were then given a super deluxe room on the ground floor and asked to pay the additional amount for the super deluxe room. The super deluxe room was spacious and clean. The view of the snow-covered mountains from the balcony of the super deluxe room was awesome. The only demerit of hotel royal view cottage is its location. It is located at a distance of about 2 km from manali mall road and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes by walk to reach manali mall road from hotel royal view cottage. We can also reach manali mall road from hotel royal view cottage by cab/auto (cab fare rs 200, auto fare rs 100. In conclusion, i would advise others to rather stay in a hotel adjacent to/near manali mall road and also check for availability of lift in the hotel beforehand.

At first they offers a room which lack the basic facilities. However after reason able request they offer us the room we needed which accommodate with very nice balcony and a scenic view of mountain
