We were at Mysore for a gathering, hence requested to provide us with dinner/lunch instead of breakfast with any additional cost however they could not accommodate. Hotel room and rest of the staff were all pleasing. Will definitely visit again to check out on the food options.

Dear sir, do let us know who had told you food was not available? We provide food to all our guests upon request. If you had asked for food only after the kitchen closes would the food option not have been available. Do let us know about your experience as we would like to improve it for your next visit.

They say deluxe rooms with premium infrastructure but worst experience than any other hotels which I stayed in very bad washrooms no cleanliness never expected the place is listed in make my trip never want choose this kind of service in near future.

Really bad lift not working light gone twice at the time of changing AC stopped working no connection for laptop & Mobile charging as there no light.

Shifted to another remote hotel

Was shifted to a remote hotel saying Royal suits is overbooked. This was informed to me an hour before check-in forcing to take the hotel. Shifted place is useless with no amenities. Even for a towel I had to remind the receptionist seal times and pay visit to reception. Just an avoid.

Bad room for the cost

Bad experience. How can a place so awful be a part of such a beautiful city? As soon as we pulled up outside and looked at the dirty, holey curtains hanging like rags behind the stinking glass of the rotting windows we should have turned and run. The room was tiny and stank, as did the rest of the building. It was a combination of cats, mould, rot, damp, the local petting farm and a pair of Zoo Keepers' wellies. We went out early and stayed out as late as we could manage. Next morning we were up and out, didn't have breakfast as we saw the state of the kitchen when we parked the car around the back in ''Steptoes'' yard! Which was not only full of junk but also half the cat population of Oxford, who incidentally, made themselves very at home by laying all over my car. I would like to say ''Nanford, rot in hell'' but I think it already has! Never ever again.

Good location to reach city but no clean room

It's on the main highway so traffic noise right through the day and night. Rooms are not Very clean. Good location to reach city and airport if you have work towards Bangalore east else options in city or other locations are much better.
