Royal Heritage Haveli - By Leisure Hotels

Barring the location everything at the property is amazing. The staff is extremely polite and courteous. The facilities are all great. The rooms are quite nice, just as you would expect from a 5 start rated property. Icing on the cake is the food. The menu choices are limited but all of them are prepared very well, atleast whatever we ordered over the period of 3 days turned out to be very good. Great spa and a perfect place to stay in the property and relax.

This was our first outing outside delhi after arriving form the uk 3 weeks ago. I chose this gorgeous hotel in jaipur after reading many good reviews. Although this was a 15 minute car journey out of the centre of the pink city - being away from the hustle and bustle in this beautiful oasis was just what we needed. The option to dip in and out of the craziness of city was perfect. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning with colonial architecture, frangipani and jasmine scents wafting through the gardens and an instagramable pool we swam in every day and night. The staff are excellent and so attentive without being onto of you all the time. They even erected a badminton net for my children to play on the lawns. The food is great and something for everyones palate. A very reasonable priced stay. You can find cheaper accomadation in jaipur of course - and closer to the hustle and bustle - however this was perfect for our family to unwind and enjoy with every aspect catered for. Definitely recommend a few nights here!

Property is nice and well maintained. Staff is very polite and always willing to help. Breakfast also has a decent spread.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was a wonderful experience! the food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to suit every taste. The quality of the cuisine was top-notch, and i enjoyed every meal. But what really made my stay stand out was the pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the amenities were comfortable and clean. I felt right at home from the moment i arrived. Overall, i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of good food and pleasant surroundings made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Five stars. Thank you.

The property is a royal haveli, small and cozy. Very peaceful environment and the staff is super helpful. The swimming pool is not that big and i feel the rooms are a little too pricey. Although the washroom was the usp, our suite had a very big washroom, bath area, bath tub and beautiful tiles.

Royal rooms with good food and excellent service. Abmience is very good with lots of greenery.

Excellent food ambience interior

We were on our silver jubilee anniversary celebration ..I had booked Royal Heritage Haveli (RHH) thru MMT, ease of booking was excellent and better than most of the travel agents .The property is excellent in all parts ..not far away from the city , ambience so peaceful, we had stayed in signature suite which gave us regal as well as homely feeling ..it was so spacious ..oh my god , unbelievable , all the walls are beautifully painted in traditional Rajasthani style…never bother about the pricing ..we spend so much money on other non essential things ..u will cherish every rupee spent on this property ..staff are courteous and pleasant ..mr Dinesh, manager mr Rajendra , chef Prithvi and Mr Vijay Singh made our stay comfortable..dr Ajith Ayurvedic dr facilitated the use of Ayurvedic spa ..it was very relaxing experience for us ..he gave good discount too ..we highly recommend RHH for those looking for Royal relaxing stay ..min u have to stay for 2 days ..definitely VFM

Excellent food & overall service

We had a very vad and dreadful experience at the property, the co rohit was extremely rude to our guest who is another palace owner in jaipur and then he was rude and curt with us. His style of speaking and his body language was not professional at all, i would have thrown him out of the job. It's the hospitality industry and he should know how to behave and treat guests. The hotel is way out of the city and the approach is not great when you enter from the main jaipur highway, we were very dissatisfied and disappointed. The food was horrible, even basics like chai and omlette their staff could not prepare. No one answers internal phones at this property you have to keep stepping out to call for house keeping staff for water and basic amenities i will never recommend any one to go and stay this property

Stay in the hotel like the royalty is a dream come true

The place is so aesthetic and beautiful. Usually hotels are not so open and ventilated. However this one is. You ll find plants and trees all over the place. Plus the person behind the reception was so courteous. He gave us a tour of this amazing palace before guiding us to our room. Definitely recommended.

We absolutely loved the our stay here. All the staff were very warm and helpful. And the rooms are excellent. Very clean and gives you full royal vibe which you can only experience in jaipur. Thank you to the team for being so kind and warm towards us. We’d love to visit again.
