The rooms are not very clean, there were webs everywhere. The approach road to the property is also not suitable for night travel. If you don't have your own vehicle it is difficult to reach. The backwaters view is good in the morning but apart from that a lot of work needs to be done to improve the quality. The staff present there were very polite and cordial.

Great experience and Great hospitality by the host. Location of the resort is beautiful. Only con was the size of the 4-bedded room. The size of the room was small compared to what is shown in the picture.

Food was not good, rooms were quite small even though it has double cot. Service was good. But room space and food quality need to be improved and road approach is not good.

The stay was very relaxing with the perfect setting all around. The rooms were clean and cozy, the staff friendly and helpful. The only drawback if any would be the road to reach the place is very narrow and can cause problems if any other vehicle comes.

Resort was good , clean, hygiene was maintained but no food service, having temporary kitchen and very limited options, procuring breakfast from outside that’s also from average restaurant, poor connectivity with nearby places, good to stay if using own vehicle else very difficult, need to hire full day taxi etc….our experience was average as the place is in middle of greens and offers good view of river
