Tourist Guest House

It was a very bad stay at this hotel because the rooms are dirty, the bed sheet and pillow covers were very dirty, with a torn blanket. No one was available to receive the guest

Stay was ok. Ac working. Spacious room according to price. Clean bathroom. Room was not clean and very less water from bathroom taps.

Tourist guest house offcourse provide good facility as it pick up from railway station and room maintenance is good but for keeping clothes hangers are not there so take care of that and by ignoring this all equipment are good.

The property is very old and situated at a stand alone place. The furniture and washroom were very old and not comfortable at all. Many options are there at the same price, new property along with a lift facility. The staffs were very rude. We booked 3 rooms but they gave us rooms in different sections of the guest house. At night, there is no light facility and room service. My experience was terrible for this property and in the morning i have done the first thing to change the hotel.

Very unhygienic and not so clean property. What is shown in the picture and looks and real hotel is totally different.

Staffs were quite friendly. Rooms were neat and well kept. Overall nice stay. Its close to golden temple. They provide transportation and tourist facilities also

Well maintained rooms. Location is close to all important places at amritsar, staff are cooperative.

The accommodation in this hotel is very relaxed, with open sit outs, large rooms, antique furniture and all the comforts of the modern day. It gives a feel of the olden day military guest houses. There are some things in these rooms that are long forgotten by pure 2000s generations, things like a vicker's table, retractable shaving mirrors, armchairs etc. The service by the two caretakers in impeccable. There is hardly anything they cannot do for you, from hot brewing tea to freshly prepared meals, some of the ingredients sourced from the market after order is placed, beat that for freshness. All meals are hygienic, moderately spiced and has a home like taste. There are certain things however the management needs to address like water pressure in the bathroom and a few electrical issues here and there. Overall, it is a very comfortable, pleasing and secure stay.

Property is old and not new as shown in photos. Toilet fitments do not work. There were rats in the room

Room are good for small stay. But dont order food. Food quality is very poor

the hotel was good if you compare with the rate. good parking space. near to golden temple. 15 min walking distance. the bed size was large enough. two large beds were provided. the road towards hotel is bit narrow. two towel and two small soap was provided. i will book this guest house again if i revisit amritsar again.

It was really nice to stay in this hotel. Double bedded room well furnished. I like makemytrip as i have got what i booked.

Everything is good as per expectations.

In the details it was mentioned alcohol not allowed on premises, but when we entered the property, people were openly consuming alcohol. Rooms are shabbily built. There is no light in the room. The rooms are connected in the by lane and strangers kept knocking on our door at midnight. There was no room cleaning option. All rooms open in a common hall and other boarders kept gossiping in the common hall just outside our room and the manager did not make any attempt to improve privacy. Overall horrible experience.

hotel had an ancient look with old furniture and built. overall hotel's building was good. however, the rooms were not comfy. they didn't have storage cabinate available (it was apparently stuffed with someone else's stuff🤷🏽), rooms were smelly, service was slow. location is good. it's very near to railway station and golden temple. must appreciate the staff since they provided a bathroom and a spare room to freshen up since we showed early morning. also, our actual rooms were given even before stipulated checkin time.

My other stay was at keys hotel ludhiana. It was difficult to find a hotel and it does not look like a good place to stay so i decided not to stay there.

there was no soap or handwash in the bathrooms. the cupboard and tables in the room were covered with dust. The jet spray was not working properly 😂
