hotel room handovered without being checked. tv is broken, when I complaint they filed a billed against me of broken tv which was not my faults. I stayed with your reference so long time but never you seen any complaints against me. staff behaviour is very bad not suitable for business travellers. please don't suggest any business travellers to this hotel.

No parking facility available till early morning 1 AM. I am.waiting for park my vehicle. I request to reception staff but nobody can listen my concern. And the other incident is when we entered in hotel reception then the staff alot a room 411 and said please give 500 rupees as security of key. I am shocked and said why then they said our rules. I am totaly disappointed the way they handle customer.

Property not upto mark. As per amount they have charge for the room. Because rooms facility look very dull and fixtures are also not working properly

Extremely pathetic services, and worst room at the cost. No toilets were clean. Even after changing 3 rooms we got the unhygienic and unpleasant room. There was smell in the room and corridors

Staff is very cooperative. Food is delicious. Room service is Great. Hygienic conditions. Enough Parking space. Over-all ambience is THE BEST.

Hotel have a bad smell always in room and also in lobby area. I have upgraded the room from basement to 5th floor, but all of a sudden in night water leakage from the ceiling. Instruct the same on reception but they told me that they don't have another room and after fighting with them they gave me the room after 1 hour arounf 1:30 am. Also staff is not good.

Good clean

The property is located on the Ferozepur road and it is ideal for anyone travelling. It is away from the rush of the city. Food and services are decent. What needs to be done up is the bathroom and the wardrobe. Both need renovation immediately as they have aged.

i food quality poor, ordered ghosht biryani worth 700/-+ and ended up getting a substandard rice mixed with few mutton pieces here n there..had to throw it

The rooms don’t live upto the expectations. The room had seepage on its walls. And there was a certain smell of humidity. The breakfast was average. Overall, not a worthy stay in the price being charged.

The location of the hotel is Excellent. The food quality is also very good. Amenities are limited but good. The house keeping services needs to be improved to maintain it.

Everything is good, Staff is so nice, room service is also good , Nice location, nere MBD mall all over nice experience

I stayed in Premium Suite Room which was clean and hygienic. Food is good and morning buffet was awesome. Cooperative and good staff.

My room is assigned to other during my stay at mid night 12.30 of 22nd May 2025. Room service is pathetic. In evening, When i came from my work then Room is not cleaned. Evening food is not proper cooked. Over all, lot of improvement is required.

The experience was completely terrible not expected from such a property. The staff was not cooperative. The crockery given was very dirty.
