Terrible Stay

I had booked The Orange Hotel, but after reaching there I was informed that it was fully occupied and no rooms were available. They shifted me to a third-class hotel, which was very disappointing. On top of that, they didn’t provide me with a GST invoice even after 5 days. This was a very bad experience, and I will never book through MakeMyTrip again.
