Hotel location was good, property is good , but I don’t know why they have electricity problem and after every 15 min , electricity trips.. and thy have connected fan and lights with one switch, if u switch off lights, fan too get off... that’s a terrible in summer

coupleLocation is good on the DLW Road. Rooms are small but neat & clean. But in restaurant during breakfast I found staff not competent enough to attend to visitors requirements quickly. The location is far from Kashi Vishwanath temple & due to flocks of visitors rickshaw drivers used to charge Rs. 400 to 500 one way from temple to hotel in the evening.

familyVery poor service, no response on call, even staff doesn't pickup the call and even no soap for 4 guest, only 1 soap is given to adjust in 4 after paying 5000 of big amount for 1 days even when checking was late at 8 pm and instead of stay of 24 hours charge of 5000 only stay of 16 hours only very very poor service over all by every staff on this hotel not recommended this hotel to any one in future very bad service, pathetic
