Swiss County

We have booked the suit room, it is the best room in the property. The property is beautiful, clean. The suits rooms are well maintained. I had never saw a big room like this in any Swiss County. The room contains all the morden facilities and the view from the room is mesmerising. In the morning you can have a beautiful sun rise from your balcony itself. In the morning birds chirping will give pleasure to your nind. All the staffs are polite, they always treat you like a family member. Shibin helped me to arrange airport pick up and drop and all the sightseen. All the drivers are polite as well. Breakfast are same everyday but they are good, delicious and healthy. There is one tree plantation just 600 meter away from the Swiss County where you can go by walk in the morning and take some good pics. Also the martial art center just 900 meter from the Swiss County. Over all it is a very good Swiss County and i will recommend it for their mountain view room, just one concern is the there is no lift, so if you are coming with elderly people then best to keep them in suits room.

Swiss county is located in a calm and quite place. It is around 500 meters away from main highway to munnar. There is parking facility available at the Swiss County. The staffs are very polite, well mannered and welcoming. Recieved a good briefing about the facility from the reception itself during checkin. The rooms are neat and clean, well maintained. A beautiful garden is available in the backyard and is a good spot for photo shoots. The restaurant is on 2nd floor which is the top floor, but there is no lift so it might be difficult for people with difficulty in walking to take the stairs. The view from restaurant is really beautiful. The foods are prepared instantly and served. Hence the quality is good and the taste is commendable. Indian chinese and continental menu is available. I booked the Swiss County for a night during january and both me and my wife had a good time without any inconvenience during our stay.

We had an amazing time at the Swiss County, which is a small and cozy Swiss County with super friendly stuff. While we didn’t have a room with a balcony, thanks to the cozy atmosphere and the welcoming staff, we felt comfortable to simply sit on the rooftop restaurants’s terrace instead. The room was big and clean, with a big window. The food was delicious and everyone so nice, open and helpful. Here a special thanks to Shibin, he was super helpful to arrange all the plans we had. 🙏 Next time in Munnar we would definitely come back to stay at the Swiss County.

The experience was very good. It has a beautiful location and scenery. The staff was very polite and cooperative. The food was good but expensive. Tea and coffee were complimentary. Tea was not ok, coffee was great. One issue is that you could have issues with commuting. It is better if you hire a jeep or rent a car or scooty otherwise auto rides would be expensive. A bit hot during summer but still worth the stay. One drawback is that it is a bit far from city

The stay was excellent. Calm and quite place. Food was superb even though quite bit pricey. The only thing which makes me post one point less is that the charges for food shown in the menu was excluding GST. Came to know about this at checkout. Staff hospitality is superb.

Balcony view is good. Rooms are spacious. There is no lift to rooms. The room service staff were good. Breakfast has very limited options. And it is the same every day. For the cost charged this must be improved. I was given good suggestions for places to visit.

Home stay like Hotel. Cosy warm spa house rooms, courteous staffs. Pros. Spacious neat rooms, clean toilets, warmer than Munnar. Cons. Limited parking space, limited breakfast spread. Food taste a big letdown.

the property was really nice.Host Deepak was very calm and welcoming. we loved our stay there. food was good and the attached balcony and it's view of the regalia room is exceptional. will visit again.

We stayed for 4 nights in the alpine suite, the room was spacious, and the staff was always very polite and prompt, the food was good too, would definitely recommend.
