The following information might help new visitors : property is situated at an approximate hike of 4km from the manikaran sahib gurudwara on the main road. For a decently fit person it can take near about 2 hours to hike. All the washrooms are on common sharing basis. A guide fee of inr 400 per group might be charged, which you must confirm in advance. And the food is simple; i recommend trying out their cheese omlette sandwiches. Also, the property is definitely not accessible by a wheelchair, as erroneously mentioned. Rest assured, coming to experience the village life, it is not recommended to expect every facility. Your stay will be memorable though. Highly recommended.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and the view. All the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with our group and our experience is very good, in starting when you walk from manikaran to garg it feel like that you can't but when you reach the Sun View Mountain Cabin in Lap of Nature. it all worth it, highly recommend
