Location wise the property was in center of Wayanad and all tourist attraction are within 20-25kms. Good parking space to easy park 10+ cars. Nice rooms and very big washroom. Very nice and responsive staff.

Although the hotel and rooms were clean and smelling good but they have no lifts. Nearby you wont get food joint easily be it breakfast be it lunch/dinner.We called for room service they sent literally after 7-8 hours after multiple followup. Car parking they will literly irritate you dont park here park there this that.Staff is ok but not sure how they maintain their data. They send you whatsapp messaging asking checking checkout date. No tea coffee also literally was upset. They had milkpowder and tea coffee powder kept in rooms though. Not that pleasant stay in amount we paid I must stay

The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with every modern amenity we could ask for — all while still retaining a rustic, nature-friendly charm. The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere — waking up to the sounds of birds and sipping morning tea with misty valley views was pure bliss. The hotel also organized a guided nature walk and a bonfire evening, which added to the whole experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway in Wayanad. Can’t wait to return!

It was an excellent stay in satra wayanad. Situated near the main road. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They didn't took any extra time for check in. Room was so neat and clean. Bed and blankets are so neat and tidy. They are providing all the basic needs for bathroom and the room amenities. Definitely inwill visit again.

Rooms were near and good well maintained One drawback is no in house restaurant or nearby restaurant for food Have to order food online even tea coffee is not available nearby hotel management has provided milk powder tea and coffee powder packets it wouldn't be apt for few families it would be better if hotel management makes arrangement for Good coffe tea as well as food

familyThe location of this hotel is good. Many tourist spots are nearby ~15 km. The property is very clean, parking space is also sufficient, the staffs are very cordial and helpful. Few drawbacks are, there is not lift facility, so people staying on 2nd floor specially the elderly ones will have some trouble, but i think one can request for the ground floor or 1st floor stay also. The other problem is the food availability, as there is no restaurant on this property, and in that street or in walkable distance good restaurants are not present. Around 1-2km distance, you can definitely find good food, or you can order through swiggy or zomatto.
