I didn't get things what i booked

As you know i booked combo room, there i will be having 2room ,2washroom and all . But they provided only one single room with couple of bed one washroom. I can't describe how much struggle we did. I showed that i booked for two room and all. They talked very rude.

groupIt is an excellent budget property in chikmagalur coffee plantation. We were looking for a stay between the coffee plantation within a budget. It was just fitting our budget. The caretakers are staying inside the property so they are always available for any type of inconvenience. The food served was excellent particularly the pepper chicken in the dinner. Prashant the caretaker has a pleasant personality and he is there for you. Highly recommended particularly for the budget travellers.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Special thanks to prashant. This is the review only

We asked to prepare dinner for two people and they prepared chapati, 2 sabji and rice and sambar. For this they took per person hygiene was not maintained property.

Though they claim sanitization, however nothing was practiced in person. No social distancing, no mask. Food was pathetic. Caretaker are good, but food is a real put off

If you like to have a peaceful weekend. This is definitely the right place to go to! i loved everything about this place. The location, the ambience, the hospitality, the price, cleanliness. Everything about this homestay is perfect. The hosts are very sweet and approachable. Veg dishes prepared by them were really tasty. Especially the bajji. It's a couple friendly and family friendly environment. Best thing that i liked about this place is the host really respect guest's privacy. They have separate bonfires for each group of guests. Additionally you will also love whole route to reach the place as it is a little remotely located. All in all a very good experience! will definitely visit again.

familyRooms were well cleaned before our arrival. We were greeted with temperature checks ) dinning area was common to all the guests but it was not a problem for us as hardly there was other group dinning at the same time. Overall happy with the safety norms. Location of the resort is surreal. We had our rooms facing the mountains. It is slightly difficult to reach as the route leading up to it is quite narrow and there is nothing but hills and trees en-route which made the landscape stunning. Very pleased with the bonfire facility offered at the resort. Every group gets a separate bonfire and while you are sitting at the bonfire, you keep getting snacks at regular intervals. As for security there is just the host that lives there and the caretaker. There was no dedicated security there but we weren't expecting one as this was a homestay not a hotel or resort. Overall very happy with my stay here.
