Very clean, food was good, location. Was very nice. Overall a very good stay with family.

The resort is beautiful. Well maintained but rooms needs cleaning. The room designs are good but needs deep cleaning. The blanket was dusty and bathroom had some insects. Overall the service was good and the food is nice but the rooms can be much better

Rutugandh Agrotourism is a nice property managed by a good staff. However it seemed that they didn't not have full staff for service. Thought this wasn't much of an inconvenience. Food was good and not pricey at all. Location is excellent.

Rooms were good. But not much to do apart from a small garden. View from the hotel is not that great

Traveled with infants and young children in the group. Had no troubles! Friendly staff and clean facilities. Lots of space for outdoor activities. Do carry your own equipment though.

Cottages are big enough to give a feel of space. Every cottage has veranda and a independent swing well maintained lawns complemented by landscaped garden the property offers access to Krishna River and a much an offers awesome view of the surrounding service is prompt. Whatever you ask is cater to promptly with smiling faces. Breakfast spread was good with yummy taste. Cleanliness is one thing for which I will downgrade the rating by a notch. Lot of scope to improve the same in the room and in the bathroom.

Dusty room, dirty bathroom, dirty carpet, dusty floor. Truly needs better maintenance. Limited breakfast options also overpriced for a 2 star category hotel. Even charged me extra for small child 6 years old.

The experience wasn't good enough to recommend anyone to go and stay. Specially with family its a big no.
The resort has got an ample space but they should take a good advantage of it. Second, they need to appoint a better cook in the kitchen as none of the dishes served were good. We felt that they were too spicy, average taste and not high quality. Kids have not many options to select. The milk was too watery. The buttermilk was too tangy. Overall the experience wasn't really great so I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone except the place.

Room and restaurant is not clean property. There were many lizard in the rooms and they are making noise through out the night. Good things are its very big property. Location is very good. Staff members are very helpful.

Average location. Just 1.2 km from Wai city. Average food and below average cleanliness for amount you pay. Most important was bad cleanliness. Liquid soap was stinky, toilet was unclean and sticky, hairs laying on ground. Positives staff is good and friendly. I could see lot of family crowd. So found safe place to stay.

This is an awesome place for a short peaceful stay. Some attention needs to be given to hygiene bathroom was filthy and mat had lots of dust. Deserves a 4-5 star if the cleanliness is paid attention. Do visit.

We visited with my family and parents during this week first 2 days of Diwali. The overall experience was great including the stay food and the resort campus. Service was good and Ankush and Kiran took good care of us. The breakfast was very good and homely. Overall the resort is close to nature and you can enjoy sights of various birds flowers and butterflies. Very nicely landscaped and built resort by the owners personally.

The people were really polite and nice. The room service and housekeeping were prompt. The surroundings were picturesque, especially after the rainy season. It was pleasant to sit outside the room for drinks since the weather was cool and there weren't any mosquitoes. However the resort itself is just modest. Though overall cleanliness was acceptable, there were issues like bathroom cleanliness, ants in the toilet, dirty tea-maker & stained bedsheet. There is only one restaurant but many items on the big menu card were plainly not available. The food itself was okay except the rice which was undercooked. There isn't anything to do outdoors except taking a walk. This too is constrained because of limited area of the resort itself and the small relatively busy road outside the resort. The resort doesn't have a bar and there aren't decent stores nearby so carry your own drinks, snacks etc. The car park space is ample but open-air and in soft soil. My car got battered in the rain but luckily didn't get stuck up in the mud.

Unclean commode, cobwebs on walls, insects crawlies in room/bathroom, not good for urban business travelers. Good for family picnic wanting open ground and night bonfires.

Above Average resort with good view and staffs.
The room was comfortable and was well kept. Only thing it smelt of wood initially as it seemed to be closed for long time but that was taken care of. Overall, good experience.

Location is amidst greenery. Cool, calm and quite place which is relaxing. Cottages are nice but cleanses need to be improved. Food options are limited.

We were 6 people, had booked 3 rooms. Rooms were clean not luxurious though. The garden maintained is super awesome. We had ordered Maharashtrian and north Indian food. Food was also very good.Staff was very cooperative.
