Room was small and clean, but the fan had only one speed. Bedsheets had stains. Overall a decent experience.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and a peaceful vibe made it perfect for both work and relaxation. You can tell that guest comfort is a top priority here and the staffs were incredibly friendly and professional. Always ready to help with a smile, they made the entire stay smooth and pleasant. From the front desk to housekeeping, every team member was courteous and efficient. It’s in right in the heart of Kamanahalli, one of the most vibrant and well-connected areas in the city. Everything you need is nearby—cafes, shopping, and easy transport. Yet the property maintains a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere away from the bustle. Overall, Royal Serenity is a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and convenience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Please do not choose this hotel for stay. Had a terrible experience. I was staying with my wife, Parents and baby. There was no water, room were not clean. Smell of cigarettes. It's more of a bar not for family. Please skip if u want peace of mind

Room was with few pillows and clean bedsheet and duvet. Bathroom was clean and had towels, soaps, shampoo etc. Even food ordered was served properly. I liked the stay in proper area for any need.
