room was not clean proper. terrible experience in This Hotel. i was took room with breakfast they provide only a bread and Butter.

Rooms was not as same as mention on MMT.Room was very dirty and with very bad smell. We checked out immediately and raised request with MMT for cancelation and refund. MMT service also not good in this kind of situation. I have to book another hotel through MMT for same period but I am still waiting for my refund from MMT. The hotel is not for the family as the hotel provides rooms to people who comes to hotel drink alcohol, smoking and other illegal stuffs. The room provided has broken everything such as gate handle, wardrobe, lots of insects. The people scream and won’t be able to sleep at night also. In spite of the breakfast included they denied as hotel staffs were also drunken till the morning 8am and clearly denied for providing any hospitality services in the morning.

Very poorly maintained. Terrible hygiene. No soaps in bathroom. No towels. Dirty bedsheets. Dirty curtains. Just a terrible stay. Paid for a non AC room. Not worth it at all.

Staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Service is good. Only restaurant facility should be there .

There is less staff for room service. The staff's behavior is very good. Parking is good. The food is very good. The cleanliness is good. The room is very small and has no window, which creates a humid atmosphere. The AC does not work completely. The rest is fine. congested room

Very unhygienic room, and there is no facility of telephone, hand wash and essential items and very old property

The location is good. However the property lacks maintenance. The rooms are filled with Cockroaches and there are lot of stains on walls, curtains, chairs. Not suitable for family. One of the worst stay so far.

Everything was excellent. I kept extending my stay cos of the hospitality and hygiene. A special shout out to the staff s (Deepak, Ganesh and one more I forgot his name).

Cheap strategies to save money by shutting off the elevator on purpose and forcing guests to use stairs to go to third floor with their luggage

It's in City and well connected to entire Nashik City, food is ok, normal rooms are very small, also it's expensive for the services and amenities it's providing Staff is ok not very hospitable. There are many food joints close by.

We had booked for a deluxe room but got an upgrade to suit

They have a bad habit of peaking inside the room when it's partially open. Room service was fast. Overall had an average experience.

I stayed in this Hotel for 4 times. However, not even for a single time WiFi worked. Otherwise, all services are good, rooms are good. They should really work on their WiFi facility or internet connection.

Good place to stay.
